The reality star, 30, and waste disposal mogul, 36, tied the knot at Marylebone Town Hall on Thursday after six years of dating and a five-year engagement.
The newlyweds celebrated their civil ceremony with a lavish luncheon at 34 Mayfair surrounded by their friends and family.
Francesca shared snippets on Instagram of the party to remember as she danced on tables and partied with the live band.
The bride flashed her dazzling wedding rings before welcoming their guests on the dancefloor.
She was joined at the wedding reception by her Love Island pals Georgia Steel and Elma Pazar, as well as Francesca's sister Claudia, whose partner Tony is Sam Faiers' partner Paul Knightley's brother.

The couple departed the historic building before heading off in a £100k vintage Mercedes with their pet dog Stormi in tow.
Francesca beamed to the camera as they stood for their stunning shots on the stairs before heading off in a vintage Mercedes with red leather interiors.
Their car of choice was a Mercedes-Benz 190 SL (W121), which is a classic two-seat convertible produced from 1955-1963, while Francesca and Ed's was a 1959 edition. The cars cost up to £100k.
Her hair was worn in dramatic bouncy curls, while she kept her accessories simple with diamond studs, a tennis bracelet and her eye-popping engagement ring.

Following their ceremony, Francesca took to Instagram to share a selfie showing her cuddling up to her new husband, who was enjoying a delicious-looking paloma cocktail, complete with a rim of salt and Tajin and a wedge of grapefruit.

Soon after the big day, Francesca posted a stunning montage video of the morning leading up to and the ceremony itself, to the tune of 1977s The Emotions hit Best Of My Love, alongside the caption: 'Just married'.

Ed, who previously dated TOWIE's Amber Turner, is a family friend of the Allens.
At Christmas 2021 she revealed she was married to Ed, who is the vice chairman of London-based waste management company Powerday.
She took to Instagram in November of the same year to reveal their romance after years of friendship, in which they embarked on family holidays, including a jaunt with the Crossan clan to Marbella shortly after her Love Island stint.
