Former Geelong champion Shaun Higgins has kicked a major property goal by successfully selling his stunning Melbourne home for $3.36million.

The 36-year-old retired AFL star and his wife, Heidi, purchased the four-bedroom, three-bathroom, two-storey residence for $1.37million in 2015.

Situated in Hampton, just 15km from Melbourne's CBD, this highly sought-after property is located in the Bayside enclave of Castlefield Estate.

The beautifully landscaped property features a pool, a study, and meticulously maintained gardens.

While no details about the sale have been publicly disclosed, insiders confirmed the final price to the Herald Sun.

The home showcases a classic facade, complete with a white picket fence, while its interiors blend ultra-modern styling with touches of Old World elegance.

In 2021, they welcomed twins: a daughter, Emmeline, and a son, Harry.
