Florence Pugh has revealed she is pushing back on Hollywood beauty standards after becoming tired of people discussing her body.
The actress, 28, has admitted that she has found traditional ideas of beauty frustrating and said that she just wants to feel seen and represented on screen.
The Little Women star told The Times that she has found it difficult to fit in to the suggested boxes offered to actresses because she is too 'gobby'.
She added that she has been frustrated throughout her career with being perceived as a diva or difficult to work with for voicing her opinions.
Florence said: 'There are fine lines women have to stay within, otherwise they are called a diva, demanding, problematic. And I don't want to fit into stereotypes made by others.'
The Lady Macbeth star went on to explain that throughout her decade-long career on the big screen she has been subjected to trolls and criticism over her body but explained she is trying to challenge this.

She told the publication: 'The only thing people want to talk about is some useless c**p about how they look. And so I didn't care to abide by those rules. I've loved challenging ideas I don't like.'
An the star is not just fighting against how she is viewers, but the entire discourse around women.
She explained: 'I wanted to challenge how women were perceived. I just wanted to be there, to make space for a version of a person that isn't all the things they used to have to be.'
Florence added she isn't bothered by what trolls have to say about her anymore and is proud of the way she looks but revealed she had to shout louder and say how she felt which took time. 'I am a bit too gobby and argumentative,' she said.
'A bit too yappy. But I wouldn’t be able to not say how I feel, especially when it’s me being attacked.
She previously hit back at cruel trolls who criticised her for going braless in a sheer hot pink Valentino gown, questioning how her 'nipples' could have 'offended' people.
The actress was cruelly trolled after wearing a sheer gown at the Valentino fashion show in Rome last year.
At the time, she hit back at the comments she received from 'vulgar' men as well as those who chose to 'publicly destroy a woman's body' with their remarks.

Florence's admission comes after she confessed in an interview with Vogue that she regretted missing out on key aspects of her life.
The Don't Worry Darling star said now is the first time in her busy career that she has asked for a break as she 'hates how much of her life she has missed'.
She explained: 'I’m an absolute work maniac, [but] I can see I’m exhausted. I suddenly woke up last year and I was like, "I hate how much of my life I’ve missed". Yes, I want to have a career forever, but that’s not going to happen if I work myself into the ground.'

Confirming her loved-up status during her cover shoot with Vogue, she said: 'I am. OK, so something that I resonate with is that I believe that if magic is real, then it's falling in love.'
Opening up about her love life, she candidly revealed that the couple are 'figuring it out' and admitted she is ready to start a family.
She added: 'We are figuring what we actually are. And I think for the first time, I'm not allowing myself to go on a roller-coaster.
'I'm allowing myself to take time to let something evolve and let it be completely real to its core, as opposed to racing into that.'
