Fitness influencer Steph Claire Smith and her husband Josh Miller have sold their stunning Melbourne pad for a reported $7.8million.

The couple, who are expecting a second child, snapped up the four-bedroom, four-bathroom Brighton East home in 2022 for a cool $7million.

The Palm Springs-inspired luxury home was listed with a price range of $7.35million-$7.65million.

The stylish ultra-modern home only lasted on the market three weeks before going under the hammer, reports the Herald Sun.

Details of the sale have not been confirmed by agents, but insiders said the house was bought for approximately $7.8million, netting the pair a profit of $800,000.

The architect-designed retro-style home was inspired by a mid-century style made popular in Palm Springs, California.

Highlights include elegant lines, open-plan living and floor-to-ceiling windows.

It also features a steam room and a gorgeous balcony that looks over the large gas-heated pool and entertainment area.

Other design highlights include oak flooring, high ceilings and a covered terrace with built-in BBQ and lounge area.

There's also a steam room, spa and a 240-bottle wine cellar.

Meanwhile, the huge kitchen, which opens out onto the large backyard, boasts the latest in first-class appliances.

Keep It Cleaner founder Steph, 30 and Josh, who already share a son, Harvey, three, are well known in the Brighton East neighbourhood.

In 2022, they sold a nearby home for $3.455million at auction after snapping it up in 2019 for $2.475million.

The house was originally a display home.

The pair also announced last month that the glorious country home owned by Josh's family was up for sale.

Located in Bearii, a tiny town on the Victoria-NSW border, 157 km from Melbourne, the beautiful pad boasts seven bedrooms, five bathrooms and a golf course.

The 100hectare spread was listed in November with a price guide of $8million-$8.8million.

The Soda Shades founder revealed to the Australian Financial Review that the home had sentimental value since it was where he first met Steph.

The couple got engaged and later married in 2019 on the property. They also lived there for some time.

The land was purchased by Josh's father Ken Miller twenty years ago.

The Melbourne-based businessman then splashed out thousands on developing the site into a lavish country getaway.

Called ‘Clarendon Eyre’, the secluded property is situated close to the banks of the majestic Murray River and features a 16ha golf course with Santa Ana fairways, sand bunkers and an ornamental lake.

The main homestead was built from two existing dwellings, which were shipped specially to the site to create one large home.

The recent sales comes as the couple prepare for the arrival of a new addition to the family.

Steph took to Instagram in November to share the joyous news that she was expecting.

She announced the news with a series of black and white photos.

In the caption, the influencer wrote, 'Harvey’s going to be a big brother.'
