Fearne Cotton has shared a cryptic post about 'getting revenge on people' and opened up about 'resentment' on social media on Thursday.
The presenter, 45, split from husband Jesse Wood, the son of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, in 2024, after tying the knot in 2014 when she was age 32.
Fearne has now taken to Instagram to share her tips on 'the best way to get revenge' as she 'dealt with injustice' in her early 30s.
She wrote: 'Every one of us has lost sleep, or days/weeks/years feeling angry or f***ed over by someone.
'Most of us will have dealt with injustice. In my early thirties I felt it in a huge way. Most of us have also wrestled with unsavoury thoughts because of it.'
She added: 'For those that have tried to f*** with your joy. Is to shine as brightly as you possibly can and live as boldly as humanly possible.'
Elsewhere Fearne opened up on her 'resentment' that made her 'burnout and sick' as she insisted you have to put boundaries up.

Speaking on the latest episode of her Happy Place podcast, she said: 'You need to leave room for your needs. I got so resentful, and you want to be there for friends and family but with boundaries in place.
'My resentment got so bad. I think it actually made me sick. I think I actually got sick from feeling such inner tension, like your muscles are tense, your jaws clench, like I got sick from feeling like that.'
The TV star continued: 'The other part of this issue is a very historic issue that relates to being a woman, we are to be the nurturers, the people that give and give and give give and we have this endless supply of ourselves to give other people in all manners, but that's not true.
'We need to keep something back for ourselves. You do get to the point of burnout if you don't put boundaries in place.
'I'm speaking from a place of experience and what I do now is answer honestly. It doesn't mean you're a selfish person, it's not a one way street. You will p*** some people off and that is alright.'
Fearne changed her name from 'Mrs Fearne Wood' back to 'Ms Fearne Cotton' after Jesse announced his new girlfriend Gemma Gregory was pregnant.
Jesse welcomed his fifth child, a baby boy in August with Gemma and revealed his sweet name, 'Our perfect little Indigo Robin Charles Wood was born 23/08/26', he wrote.
Jesse continued: 'Which happens to be the same August birthday as his biggest sister, Lola! Happy 21st beautiful and welcome to the ride little dude...'
The reality star already has an 11-year-old son from a previous relationship, while Jesse shares two children Rex, 13, and Honey, nine, with Fearne and two children Lola and Arthur, 24, with his first wife Tilly Wood.
In August, Fearne said her 'crippling anxiety' left her afraid of work and 'living like a hermit'.

Fearne told The Sun: 'I built up a snowball of anxiety that could be triggered by just stumbling over a word in a conversation.'
She continued: 'It was just nuts, I was crippled with anxiety, I had panic attacks constantly.
'There were lots of things I couldn't do – I couldn't drive a car, couldn't do a lot of TV work I'd been doing, I just felt debilitated.'
However, nearly two years on and Fearne admitted that she is 'now the happiest I've ever been'.
She revealed it was a therapist who helped her to realise she was struggling with anger.
