Farrah Abraham now totally unrecognizable as she unveils disfigured face after brutal procedure

Farrah Abraham is known for her extreme surgeries, but her latest procedure may be her most shocking yet.

The Teen Mom star, 35, recently went under the knife for major double-disc jaw surgery, which was deemed medically necessary. 

Following the procedure, Abraham's jaw had to be wired shut and her face has now become so swollen that she looks virtually unrecognizable compared to her usual self.

She's also unable to speak for the next two months and must consume all her meals in liquid form through a straw, her manager Chrissy Johnston told the Daily Mail.

'Farrah cannot speak because her jaw is wired shut, and her face is extremely swollen. She is in a severe amount of pain and is really struggling, both physically and mentally,' Johnston shared.

'To make matters worse, she has also lost hearing in her right ear. I hope and pray that her pain eases soon and that her hearing returns to normal over time.' 

Abraham appeared on her daughter Sophia's TikTok live stream shortly after the surgery, leaving fans shocked by her disfigured appearance.

Unable to speak, Abraham instead held a sign up to the camera that read, 'I had surgery + can't talk. Thanks for all the gifts.'

She also addressed the aftermath of the procedure on Instagram, writing, 'I feel like Frankenstein right now.'

The OnlyFans model added, 'Praying my face comes back in three months.'

The Daily Mail also obtained shocking images of Abraham recovering in hospital shortly after surgery. 

The photos reveal a jagged, bloodied scar and stitches along both her jawline and ear.

Abraham had been dealing with jaw issues all year, and her manager told Daily Mail that the star believes that it was caused by a 'sexual assault and battery case'.

'She believes the trauma and stress from the assault affected her nervous system and contributed to the damage she has experienced,' Johnston said.

'After everything she has already endured, to now be left in excruciating pain, unable to speak or open her mouth to eat normally for months, is an enormous amount for anyone to endure. She is going through an incredibly difficult time right now.'

Back in May, she revealed on the Pillow Talk podcast that it was so painful that she could barely open her mouth properly.

'I can't use my jaw. I can't open my mouth up normally,' she explained. 

'I would like to just open my mouth for a hotdog, okay,' she added with a laugh.

When host Ryan Pownall joked about Abraham being unable to perform oral sex due to her condition, she shot back, 'I would crush everybody's you-know-whats!' 

Abraham is an adult entertainer who appeared in the sex tape Backdoor Teen Mom before becoming a successful creator on platforms like OnlyFans, Playboy and Fansly.

The former MTV star has become infamous for her many cosmetic surgeries over the years.

She had her first procedure as a teenager, going under the knife at 19 for a breast augmentation.

Speaking to the Daily Mail last year, Abraham admitted that she has spent around $50,000 on her lips alone.

In total, her cosmetic surgery spending is between six and seven figures, with Abraham herself referring to her physique as a 'million-dollar body.'

She got her first breast augmentation – going from an A-cup to a C-cup – in 2010 after giving birth to her daughter, Sophia.

Four years later, she got her second boob job, in which she went from a C-cup to a D-cup.

The following year, she underwent a third breast augmentation surgery as she tried to fix the botched work done during her second. 

In 2013, she underwent a rhinoplasty and chin implant, but later removed the implant after not being happy with the results.

Throughout the years, she's had multiple butt injections to create a 'liquid BBL,' along with lip and facial fillers.

She has also had a vaginal rejuvenation procedure, which she said was 'to make her vagina appear more youthful.' 

'I'm all about preventative,' she previously told the Daily Mail.

'People need to not shy away from that. And I'm in my 30s and that's what's up for 30-year-olds.

'I don't ever feel like I need anything, but it is preventative. I would rather do things younger so I can bounce back and heal and recover than later when it's all stretched out, it's more money, it's more recovery time,' Farrah added.
