Fans outraged over Anna Paul's popular skincare line as customers are STILL waiting for their orders from last year

Anna Paul has hit a major obstacle with her popular skincare line Paullie and it may spell publicity disaster for the Australian influencer's fledgling beauty empire.

The OnlyFans creator and TikTok juggernaut generated a whopping six-figure waitlist for her skincare line when it was announced in September 2023.

In terms of scale, that's similar to the amount of hype Kylie Jenner received circa 2015, when she sold 15,000 lip kits in less than a minute.

The four main products, inspired by Anna's own struggles with acne, are priced between $15 and $30, with Anna telling AFR she considers the affordable pricing 'a way to give back' to her 9.6million fans.

But hype around the influencer's brand has soured to outrage, with customers taking to social media to ask why orders they placed months ago are yet to arrive.

Making matters worse, at least half a dozen people commented on Paullie's Instagram that her customer service team had asked them to email in their missing order details, and then failed to respond.

The expected time frame for delivery within Australia is listed on the Paullie website as between four and seven business days, with the skincare brand promising orders placed by a Christmas cut off date would be delivered by the 25th of December.

Aussie mum Haylee Rider took to the Outspoken Podcast Facebook group on Monday to ask if anyone else was yet to hear back from them.

'So I made a Paullie order for my daughter for Christmas when Anna Paul did the promotion just before Christmas where you would have a chance at winning something - didn't care for that, the products were on my daughter's wish list,' she wrote.

'30th Nov I placed my order… I'm still waiting on the order, it hasn't even been shipped yet… and everything is sold out online, and has been for weeks.

'I thought perhaps they just missed my order somehow, as I know it would have been a crazy time for them, but l've just come across this TikTok... turns out it's more than just me waiting on my order.'

She linked to a TikTok video compilation showing many customers' angry social media comments made in recent days and weeks.

'They reply to comments saying to email them, l've sent multiple emails, and don't hear back. Anyone else??'

Dozens of Paullie customers took to the comment section of the brand's Instagram and TikTok to lash out at the customer service team for failing to respond

'I just want my Paullie order,' another heartbroken Aussie mum commented on one of Anna's recent posts.

'It took so long to arrive, only to have items missing. It was meant to be a birthday present for my daughter, which turned into a Christmas present, and I now can't give it to her.'

In several other comments, people said their orders had arrived but appeared to have 'already been opened', or said they had received the wrong items.

Daily Mail Australia contacted Anna Paul's representation and the Paullie skincare team for comment on Tuesday.

Haylee provided Daily Mail with a screenshot of an email from Paullie, saying her order had been shipped on December 16, and said she has been emailing the company for weeks but did not receive a response until Tuesday afternoon

Sam Mangan, owner of PR firm Spin & Co, said the issue 'sounds to be completely untrue given we have no emails left to respond to in the customer service inbox.'

'We’ve also had a massive influx of customers who seemed to never have ordered but [are] posting online?' Mangan added.

'Or at least that’s what I’m led to believe when they won’t supply an order and their names aren’t in our system?'

He insisted that Paullie is 'actively chasing customers' to resolve any issues and said the team is working 24/7.

'TikTok names don’t match order names, for example,' he explained of difficulties to match complaints with their missing orders.

'Every single order was dispatched in December by the Christmas cut off dates.'

Mangan, who represents celebrities including James Charles, Emily Skye and Quade Cooper, said Paullie dispatches with 'around' nine courier companies globally.

Daily Mail provided Mangan with a screenshot of Haylee's post, as well as five other examples of customers who had left frustrated comments on Instagram.

'The specific customer you're referencing below refuses to respond to our messages, will not send an order number, and will not reply publicly,' Mangan replied.

'We are a small business and doing everything to support our customers. Thousands have posted positive reviews and comments. A few who refuse to help or connect with us are seemingly the issue.'

He had at that time, joined the Facebook group and commented on Haylee's post, asking her to use any form of communication to send her order details.

Daily Mail Australia reached out to Haylee on Tuesday afternoon and she provided a screenshot of an email from Paullie on December 16, confirming her order had been shipped.

'As of the last hour or so they have been in touch, finally!' she said.

'I had been emailing once a week, since well before Christmas, and only got a response today, late this afternoon - and it seems like that has only happened because you have approached them.

'Hopefully they have replied to everyone else.'

Haylee said she never received her order, but that she'd been refunded on Tuesday.

'I won’t be purchasing from them again, the business lacks customer service.'

Anna started her OnlyFans account at the age of 18 after carving out a reputation for herself as an influencer throughout her teenage years.

Her vlogs have documented her transformation from a 'broke' schoolgirl to a wealthy content creator, with the largest online followings in Australia.

Anna has never publicly disclosed her total net worth, although it was estimated to be about $10million at the end of last year, accounting for $220K a month earned from $9.99 OnlyFans subscriptions.
