fallout london DLC announcement showing all three DLCs, Wildcard, Last Orders and Rabbit and Pork Team FOLON

The developers of Fallout London, Team FOLON, have revealed that three DLCs for the successful Fallout 4 mod will be heading to the masses in 2025. Fallout London had a bit of a rocky start, as a few major setbacks caused a delay in the release of the massive mod. Since that time, the mod has become a huge success, reeling in over one million players since its launch earlier this year.

Team FOLON took to Reddit to announce the upcoming content releases, showing just enough to get fans asking questions. While the information about what to expect from the DLCs is almost nonexistent, the image showing all three does give a bit of insight as to what fans could expect.

Fallout London DLC Has Fans Excited

There Should Be Plenty Of Content To Go Around In 2025

The comments on the Reddit thread are nothing short of overwhelmingly positive, as commenter alactusman states, "Bought Fallout 4 just to play this and love it so far! Keep it up!" Comments such as this have to be endearing for the developers, as the seas were anything but smooth just prior to the mods launch. Other commenters are baffled by the fact that this is still a free mod, as the amount of content within it is comparable to AAA title expansions. Boasting its own characters, storylines, a plethora of dialogue, and the eerie and immersive London setting, there is no shortage of things to do within the mod already.

As players explore Fallout: London they should make sure to keep an eye out for a notorious Fallout 3 character who is up to their old tricks.

Other comments discuss the sheer amount of content that is already there, let alone the addition of three DLCs to come next year. So far, the information is quite limited on what to expect from each of the DLCs, but the image showcasing the three titles has people talking. Update number one is called "Rabbit & Pork", which gives very little insight as to what it could mean. The second update is titled "Last Orders", which again leaves a lot up to the imagination. The third update, however, is the one that has gears turning. Titled "Wildcard", it appears it could have to do with gambling, which could pay tribute to the highly successful Fallout: New Vegas.

Our Take: Fallout London Had A Rough Start But Is Seeing Great Results

Rocky Roads Led To Smooth Sailing

Earlier this year in April, Team FOLON had to make the decision to delay their mod after Bethesda announced that the Fallout 4 next-gen update would launch just two days after Fallout London was set to release. The dev team was worried that the update would completely break the mod, so the decision was made to pause the release until they could find a workaround for the issue. Dean Carter, the Team FOLON project lead, discussed how heartbreaking this choice was to make, as it seemed four long years of work could end up breaking during the release process.

Even with the delays, Fallout London remains a success, and just two short months ago the developers announced over 1 million players have enjoyed the mod since launch. With Fallout 5 most likely being years away, mods such as this keep Fallout fans engaged while they await the next official launch from Bethesda.
