Emma Willis passionately kisses husband Matt as they enjoy 'perfect holiday' at wellness clinic in Austria after admitting she 'feels guilty when she prioritises herself'

Emma Willis passionately kissed her husband Matt as they enjoyed a 'perfect holiday' at a wellness clinic in Austria this week.

The TV presenter, 50, posted romantic pictures on Instagram on Friday from their relaxing break away at MAYRLIFE Medical Health Resort Altaussee.

The couple looked more than loved-up on their wellness retreat after enjoying massages, cooking classes and sunbathing in front of mountains. 

She wrote: 'I've always been obsessed with the human body and anybody that knows me would know that I LOVE a test! Wellness clinics are my idea of a perfect 'holiday' and I'd had my eye on @mayrlife_official for quite a while.

'Matt and I booked a few days off and hot footed it to Austria and I'm so glad we finally made it there. 

'Every test, every conversation and every little thing I've learned has helped me understand my body that little bit better I've been especially fascinated by just how much of our overall health starts with our gut!

'As a chronic over thinker I don't take the time to prioritise myself as much as I should I always feel guilty when I do but being in that environment with the peace and quiet where you have the time to look inwards without any distractions was priceless!

'What I loved most is that it wasn't about making it perfect or finding a quick fix. It was about understanding your body a little better and making small changes that you can actually take home with you.'

Emma and Matt, 43, spent quality time together ahead of the TV star's busy few months ahead.

She was announced as the new host of Strictly Come Dancing alongside Josh Widdicombe and Johannes Radebe. 

After much speculation over who would step into Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman's shoes, the trio were announced in a tradition-busting decision by bosses to have three hosts after 22 years of having a two-person hosting team. 

'It's no secret that I'm a huge fan of Strictly – I've cheered and danced along from my sofa for years – so to be stepping into the Strictly ballroom is something I can't quite comprehend,' said Emma of her new role. 

'It's impossible to fill the shoes that Tess and Claudia have left behind – two wonderful, iconic women who have been the beating heart of Strictly for so long. 

'I can only hope that we are able to help to steer the ship as beautifully as they have, into this new chapter.'

She added: 'I can't wait to spend my weekends with Josh and Jojo, the incredible dancers and the judges. Fingers crossed for a 10 from them!'

Johannes said that being given the opportunity to host was 'beyond anything I ever imagined'.

He said the long-running show 'has always stood for joy, heart, and togetherness', and he feels 'deeply honoured to now help carry that magic forward'.

He added: 'To do it alongside the formidable Emma Willis and the utterly brilliant Josh Widdicombe makes it even more special.

'I'm ready-sequins, nerves, and all...please bear with me.'
