Emily Atack shared the reality behind pregnancy in a 2024 highlights throwback album as she celebrated New Year's Eve with Gordon Ramsay at his restaurant.

The Inbetweeners actress, 34, who welcomed a son called Barney in June with boyfriend Alistair Garner, posted a picture of herself grimacing while in labour.

There were pictures of her sweating and looking exhausted as she reclined on a couch and also looking tired with a towel wrapped around her head. 

Another saw her looking fed up while pregnant in hospital. 

Emily also shared a picture of herself and top chef Gordon while wearing a glam black mini dress as she ate her last meal of 2024 in Lucky Cat. 

Taking to her Stories she uploaded a few snaps inside the restaurant and her decadent-looking food.

She looked sensational as she posed with Gordon Ramsay in his Lucky Cat restaurant  

There were pictures of her sweating and looking exhausted as she reclined on a couch from during her pregnancy  

She playfully wrote about how her pregnancy had been the highlight of the year and captioned the album: '2024. Some highlights' 

The actress has known her boyfriend Alistair for almost three decades as her mother is the sister of Alistair's stepmother Jane Garner.

They were introduced after Emily's aunt started dating Alistair's father Stephen Garner in the early nighties before they got married in 1994.

Emily confirmed she was six months pregnant in March, as she shared a rough idea of her due date with her fans.

She shared the news during a BBC Breakfast appearance, where she also confirmed she was expecting a baby boy.

Emily's appearance was to discuss the campaign to introduce affirmative consent in relationships.

She explained how she wanted to bring about a change to sex consent laws for both men and women, by backing a campaign by Right To Equality.

In one snap, the star can be seen looking tired with a towel wrapped around her head

Meanwhile another saw Emily looking less than happy while sat in a hospital bed wearing a blue and white medical gown

Emily also shared a sweet snap in a pair of pink rose pyjamas as she playfully joked about how her pregnancy had been the highlight of the year

Emily said: 'I'm six months [pregnant] and I wasn't going to say this, but I am going to say this - I'm having a boy.'

She added: 'So I want him to be a part of a really positive change and I want him to grow up knowing he can talk about these things openly and enjoy his life. I want him to be on the right side of history.'

Affirmative consent means 'anything less than a clear, uncoerced, and informed confirmation of consent like 'yes' cannot qualify as consent in the eyes of the law.'

Previously Emily said her 'body is a temple' during pregnancy, after previously being told off by friends for staying out late and not looking after herself.

During a Loose Women appearance, revealed how pregnancy has changed her priorities before welcoming their little boy.

She revealed to the panel how excited she was to welcome her baby and said that she felt 'extremely connected' to her body now more than ever.

'I used to get told off by my friends for not looking after myself enough and staying up too late and all of that and now I'm like, 'No, my body is a vessel''. 

Before adding: 'It's so important that I get an early night and I'm really looking after myself'.
