Emilie Kiser Shares Rare Family Photo With Husband Brady & Son Teddy After Death of Son Trigg
Emilie Kiser is keeping her family at the forefront.
Nine months after her and husband Brady Kiser’s 3-year-old son Trigg died from an accidental drowning in their backyard pool, the influencer shared a rare glimpse at their life today.
In an Instagram photo dump posted to her page on Feb. 2, Emilie documented her recent trip to Carmel, Calif., with Brady, their other son Teddy, 11 months, and friends.
The post included a horizontal snapshot of her family, placed against a red plaid background. In the photo, Emilie, 27, wrapped her arms around her husband as the two smiled in front of a scenic overlook. Teddy’s stroller was positioned in front of them, but Emilie strategically covered her son’s face with a bear emoji.
“Hope you don’t mind if I dump,” she captioned the post, which also included photos of Emilie with her friends, scenic outdoor views, and solo shots of the content creator. “Film by me, Brie, and Madi”
Emilie’s post is one of few to feature her family since the tragic loss of their son in May 2025. In the immediate wake of Trigg’s death, she stayed away from social media but returned to TikTok in September.
At the time, Emilie told her followers she wasn’t going to pretend that “things are fine and dandy” and expressed her intentions to set some boundaries about what she shares. However, she was looking forward to reconnecting and helping others through similar situations.

“I hope that in coming back and sharing what I choose to, I can reconnect with you guys and, hopefully, help anyone going through a similar situation,” she explained. “This is really therapeutic for me. I miss talking to you guys, but I don’t know what that’s going to fully look like.”
Since then, the TikToker has remained candid about navigating her grief journey—discussing everything from her ups and downs to how she deals with feelings of guilt—while also sharing glimpses of her family in videos on TikTok.
“One of the hardest parts of loss, other than the loss itself, is allowing yourself to feel happy again,” she shared in October. “Allowing yourself to not have an emotion about every emotion. Just having that emotion whether it's sad, happy, angry, guilty, shame, hurt, and really sitting with it and being okay with it.”
