She helped free her daughter from the clutches of the sinister organization and has not shied away from sharing her part of the horrific ordeal, even appearing in two documentaries and releasing a memoir about the crusade.

Can you guess who this Hollywood legend is?

A Dynasty star and member of European royalty was spotted making a rare outing in Los Angeles last week - can you guess who?

If you guessed Catherine Oxenberg, you were correct!

Oxenberg was looking happy as can be staying active in Los Angeles last week, enjoying the winter sunshine with a pal by her side.

For the brisk jaunt, Oxenberg paired Capri black leggings with a long-sleeve grey shirt, a windbreaker jacket tied around her svelte waist, and trainers to keep her walking comfortably for as long as necessary.

The glamorous descendent of royalty also wore her hair up into a sensible ponytail with a stylish Adidas visor for sun protection.

Oxenberg is the daughter of Princess Elizabeth of Yugoslavia and her first husband, businessman Howard Oxenberg. Her family members include cousins Prince Charles and Princess Anne.

But Oxenberg also forged her own career outside of royal life.

For two years, she played Amanda Corrington, the daughter of Joan Collins' scheming character, in Dynasty.

Oxenberg's acting resume also includes roles in The Love Boat, The Nanny, Baywatch, and The Omega Code, the 1999 film which also starred her future husband Casper Van Dien.

The couple married in 1999 and welcomed daughters Maya, 24, and Celeste, 22. At that time, Oxenberg was already mother to daughter India, her child from a previous relationship.

She released a memoir, Captive, which detailed how her daughter was drawn into the cult.

During her time in the cult, India was starved, forced to sleep with the group's founder Keith Raniere and branded with his initials.

Raniere has since been sentenced to 120 years in jail after being convicted of sex-trafficking, racketeering and possessing child pornography.

At one point Catherine and India didn't speak to one another for nine months.

Oxenberg has appeared in two documentaries and even wrote a memoir recounting the horrors of freeing her daughter from the cult

‘There were times I thought I’d lost her,’ Oxenberg said

‘But I had a primal urge to save her. If I have a message for other parents, it’s never give up on your child.’

Now the pair are reunited and the pair have been outspoken about the horrors India endured, her subsequent healing, and her mother's efforts to free her.

India met her future husband Patrick D'Ignazio the year she escaped the cult. They now have a daughter together.

Tragedy would hit her mother that same year when the home was destroyed in the California wildfires.

The devastation, however, brought her to the love of her life, Ellis Jones, a businessman and neighbor of Oxenberg who gave her a place to stay after she lost her home, according to People.

The couple wed in October 2023 in Santa Barbara, California.

'My beloved and I tied the knot on Oct 21st,' she posted to Instagram. 'We are so grateful to have celebrated with close friends and family. I feel so blessed.'
