Dylan Sprouse tackled an alleged intruder at his and wife Barbara Palvin's home on April 17, and kept him restrained until police arrived, law enforcement sources told TMZ.

Dylan Sprouse and his wife Barbara Palvin experienced a scary incident at their home.
The 33-year-old actor confronted an alleged trespasser at their Hollywood Hills estate in Los Angeles on April 17, law enforcement sources told TMZ.
Barbara reportedly called 911 at 12:30 a.m., saying there was an attempted burglary at their home, according to the law enforcement sources. While the 32-year-old supermodel and Dylan waited for police to arrive at the scene, Dylan reportedly took matters into this own hands and held the alleged intruder at gunpoint before tackling him to the ground, the sources told TMZ.
The Suite Life of Zack & Cody alum restrained the man until cops arrived and later put his gun in its holster and behind the front gate, per TMZ.
The LAPD has not revealed details about the suspect's identity.
Neither Dylan nor Barbara—who tied the knot in 2023—have publicly commented on the situation.
E! News has reached out to the LAPD as well as reps for the couple for comment but hasn’t heard back.
While Dylan has made it clear he will step up to protect his wife, he’s previously praised Barbara’s confidence and bravery, calling her a "beast" when she walked the 2025 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show just four weeks after she broke her foot.
"She's very nonchalant about everything," the After We Collided star told E! News at the October 2025 event. "She’s just like, ‘Ah, well, today's the day.’ I'm like, ‘But you've trained for months. Don't you get stage fright?’”

And Barbara is just as impressed by Dylan—best known for starring alongside his twin brother Cole Sprouse in the Disney Channel series, Suite Life of Zack & Cody—sharing how they just clicked early on in their relationship.
"There's a little language barrier for me, so I was never good with texting or flirting,” the Hungarian native told W Magazine in 2019. "With Dylan, everything seemed so easy. We had the same interests, and jokes were hitting at the right spot.”
