The original boy band, whose members are now in their 40s and 50s, wowed the crowd with a surprise performance of their hit song I Want It That Way, and the Hotline Bling rapper even got up on stage to join them, per Page Six.
The excitement was palpable as Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson and Howie Dorough were spotted arriving at the bash, which was held at Casa Cipriani in New York City.
Carter, 46, looked cool and collected in a suit and tie topped by a retro haircut. At one point, he flashed the peace sign to bystanders hoping to catch a glimpse of the superstars.
Richardson, 55, put on a suave show in an all-black ensemble that featured a velvet blazer with metallic details, while his glossy black hair swept over his shoulders cavalier-style.
Dorough, 53, also opted for a dark suit that was set off by his polished reddish-brown boots.

They broke off to take the show to Germany with a 10-night run in Dusseldorf from September 25 to October 7.
The Sun newspaper reported the band are now planning to head to the UK in 2027.
'Backstreet’s back - and they're coming to London. All the details are under lock and key but the residency means the guys are on top form and are ready to head out on tour,' a source told the publication.
The concerts will take place next year, with one at London’s O2 Arena which will make up part of the venue’s 20th anniversary celebrations.
'The lads are beyond excited about this and have been working so hard,' the source added.
Littrell previously admitted the German shows were a huge boost for the band as it meant returning to the country where they first found success back in the 1990s.
'[Germany] is where our dream became a reality. These concerts bring things full circle for us,' he said.
The band, meanwhile, revealed they would love to extend their recent success by headlining the Super Bowl halftime show in 2027.

Speaking during their show at the Las Vegas Sphere, McLean asked the crowd: 'What do you guys think? Backstreet Boys: 2027 Super Bowl Halftime? Let’s make it happen! I mean, why not? It’s in Los Angeles, it's right down the street.'
The 2027 Super Bowl is scheduled for February 14 at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium.
