Super Bowl 2025: How to Watch the Game & Halftime Show

The 47th president of the United States has officially made an appearance at Super Bowl 2025 in New Orleans Feb. 9, marking the first time a sitting president has attended the big game.
Ahead of him watching the Philadelphia Eagles face off against the Kansas City Chiefs, officials confirmed that over 2,700 state, federal and local law enforcement members would be present to help secure the premises, with security measuring increasing after Trump's presence was confirmed.
But members of the Secret Service weren't the only ones alerted to the former reality star's appearance. In fact, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce said it was a "great honor" to have him attend the event.
"That's awesome," the athlete, who is currently dating Taylor Swift, told reporters during media day on Feb. 5. "I think you know, no matter who the president is, I know I'm excited because it's the biggest game of my life, you know, and having the president there—it's the best country in the world—and that's pretty cool."
Nonetheless, Travis’ comments come nearly five months after Trump declared that he hates and “was not a fan” of the “Anti-Hero” singer on the heels of her endorsement of former Vice President, then-Democratic Presidential candidate, Kamala Harris.

But as far as Taylor’s energy at the game goes, Travis is hoping to match it as that guy on the Chiefs.
"I better hold up my end of the bargain, right?" he told reporters during opening night Feb. 3. "She's up there being the superstar that she is and never taking no for an answer and always working her tail off. I better match that energy for sure."
