The personal drama in Peter's life is emotionally charged and relatable, especially for younger audiences. The fights Spider-Man gets into are electric, well-choreographed, and exciting. Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Is Perfect For Comic Fans

One of the best features of Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is that it offers a different take on Spider-Man and his story from the main Marvel Cinematic Universe. Tom Holland's portrayal of Peter Parker has been great so far and very unique among the other Spider-Man movies. In making Spider-Man fit into the wider MCU, however, the character has gotten changed quite a bit, and fans of the comics may have been left wanting.

For example, Tom Holland's Spider-Man didn't actually get an origin story. By the time he first appeared in the MCU in Captain America: Civil War, Peter already had his powers, his web-shooters, and he even got an upgraded suit from Tony Stark.
