Dionne Warwick canceled her performance on Sunday night at Carnegie Hall in New York City shortly before she was set to take the stage due to health issues.
The music icon, 85, shared an apology afterward and explained that she had to sit out the show due to a bout of 'severe pain.'
Warwick was scheduled to perform at the charity benefit concert for Deborah Silver & Fabulous Friends: Voices for ALS at Zankel Hall in New York City.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Warwick's representatives for comment.
The five-time Grammy winner said she had to cancel due to mobility issues caused by her intense pain, according to Page Six.
'I'm sorry to have had to cancel the chance to see you all at Carnegie,' Warwick, who was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame two years ago, explained via a statement shared with the outlet.

'My leg and foot would not allow me to stand nor walk at the moment,' she continued.
'Due to the pain, I just couldn't do anything other than cancel my appearance this time, as I focus on rest and recovering from it,' she added after sparking fan concerns.
She added: 'Only the pain and inability to stand or walk is the reason for my absence.'
The cancellation comes after Warwick underwent emergency leg surgery last year due to 'unbearable pain.'
At the time, she assured her fans that the procedure was successful and said she was recovering well.
Cabaret veteran Marilyn Maye filled in for Warwick and performed instead at the event alongside Jon Secada, his daughter Mikaela Secada and jazz singer Stella Cole.
Over her decades-spanning career, Warwick has performed at Carnegie Hall multiple times.
Up next, the legendary songstress is scheduled to perform in a string of shows across Brazil.

On Friday, she is scheduled to take the stage in São Paulo, followed by a show in Rio de Janeiro the following night.
On Wednesday, October 21, Warwick is scheduled to perform in the Brazilian city of Porto Alegre.
Around this time last year, she opened up about why she underwent surgery the same week she canceled a performance.
'The last thing I expected was to have surgery the day I was to fly to London,' she wrote on social media, according to NJ.com.
'Pain was unbearable and my doctor rushed me into surgery.'
She added: 'Thank goodness as it could've resulted in something far worse.'
About her absence from her scheduled stage appearance earlier in the week, she wrote: 'Hopefully we can do this festival again in the future, and I'll be walking like a normal person.
'Please keep me in prayer and I'll see you soon. Until next time, Thanks for your understanding. Luv Ya All!!!! Dionne.'
