Demi Moore Is Nearly Unrecognizable With Edgy Bob at Milan Fashion Week
Demi Moore’s latest look is un-bob-lievable.
Indeed, the Substance actress was nearly unrecognizable as she stepped out for Milan Fashion Week rocking a bold new hairstyle.
The 63-year-old chopped her signature long locks and displayed a new wet-textured bob while attending the Gucci FW26 Fashion Show at Palazzo Delle Scintille on Feb. 27. Demi paired the edgy hairstyle with an equally bold outfit, wearing a black leather zip-up jacket and matching leather slim pants.
The Ghost star also wore black pointed-toe stilettos and completed her ensemble with dark black sunglasses and a black purse. Of course, her most iconic accessory was her tiny Chihuahua, Pilar, who she cradled in her hand while posing for cameras.
Demi’s new look comes nearly five months after her last hair change-up. In October, she debuted bangs for Gucci’s short movie The Tiger—and the new ‘do was inspired by her iconic hairstyle in 1996’s Striptease.
“Bangs — now and then,” Demi wrote in an Instagram post at the time, comparing her new bangs to her film character Erin Grant’s tapered ones. “Thank you @gucci for letting me bring back the fringe for the first time since the Striptease days!”
The actress—who shares daughters Rumer Willis, 37, Scout LaRue Willis, 34, and Tallulah Willis, 32, with ex-husband Bruce Willis—also previously wore a bob for her role in the Paramount+ drama Landman, adding a few loose curls to the end of the short cut.

Though Demi’s signature hairstyle for over a decade has been her long locks, she’s also open to changing it up every now and then.
"I like leaving room to play," she told People in January, noting that her hair "has lived many lives."

However, the Indecent Proposal star will always hold a special spot in her heart for her long hair and the “simplicity” of its maintenance routine.
“It feels most like me," she told the outlet. "Being able to change my look with wigs and pieces feeds my need for change, but at the end of the day, I love taking it down, seeing my hair fall past my waist. It’s like coming home.”
