Rumer Willis has been granted 'primary physical custody' of three-year-old daughter Louetta, who she shares joint legal custody of with ex-boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas.
Rumer, 37, who is the eldest daughter of A-listers Demi Moore, 63, and Bruce Willis, 71, has been in an ongoing custody battle with Thomas, 33, following their 2024 split.
Willis and Thomas were awarded joint legal custody of the minor child in an order issued by Los Angeles Superior Court Ryan D. White on Tuesday and reviewed by the Daily Mail, which stated Willis 'shall have primary physical custody of the minor child.'
The former couple was instructed by the court to 'share in the responsibility and confer in good faith on matters concerning the health, education, and welfare' of their daughter.
Specific issues cited by the court included schooling, religious activities, physical and mental health care, and traveling arrangements.
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for both parties for further comment on the story.

The judge declared in the ruling that 'all legal material decisions shall be discussed and agreed to between the parties;' and that 'any proposal with no response shall be deemed consent if there is no response within 72 hours.'
Both Willis and Thomas were instructed by the court to be evaluated by social workers, with Willis slated to meet with them on June 1; and Thomas scheduled for June 26, according to the order. Willis was ordered to pay for the evaluations.
The court issued a schedule for Thomas to spend time with the child, with alternating weekends starting June 20 from Saturday at 10 a.m. until Sunday at 6 p.m., according to the order.
The plan set forth by the court, according to the order, initially calls for 'one of the child's nannies, Madison Peiny or Lena' to monitor the visits for about two months until August 22, when 'no monitor shall be required.'
The pair was also instructed to use a messaging platform called Our Family Wizard 'as the primary method of communication except in case of emergency,' with the judge stipulating that both sides must reply to messages from the other within a 12-hour span.
Willis and Thomas were ordered by the court 'to attend co-parenting counseling, for a minimum of 15 sessions, either remote or in-person,' adding that counseling must 'commence as soon as possible.'
Thomas claimed in a court filing earlier this month that Willis had also used Louetta in ads without his consent, saying she featured their child in 'sponsored social media content or toilet paper commercials featuring adult sexual humor.'
According to Tuesday's order, 'On agreement of the parties, neither party shall put any nude or semi nude photographs or videos or any likeness of nude or semi nude photographs or videos of the minor child on Instagram, any social media, or any public forum of any kind.
'Any photographs of videos of this type must be removed immediately.'

Thomas is happy the court granted him 'the opportunity to reestablish the meaningful relationship he has with his daughter Louetta,' his lawyer told the Daily Mail
Richard's lawyer Mike Kretzmer told the Daily Mail on Thursday that Thomas 'was very pleased with the orders made by the court at our hearing on Tuesday,' praising Judge White for an 'excellent job of considering the evidence.
'We have a custody order in place now that gives Mr. Thomas the opportunity to reestablish the meaningful relationship he has with his daughter Louetta,' Kretzmer said, 'and that there will be no further attempts to interfere with his relationship with Louetta by Miss Willis.'
The latest series of rulings came after Thomas pushed back on allegations made in court papers by the actress and her mother Moore that he had been abusive and controlling to her.
In previous legal filings, Willis claimed Thomas exhibited tendencies reflecting 'domestic violence and coercive control' toward her in their interactions.
Thomas said he'd never acted 'aggressively or inappropriately' in his time with Willis in a June 2 court filing in Los Angeles reviewed by the Daily Mail, amid the former couple's yearlong custody row.
'Our relationship ended because we were incompatible, and it was not working,' Thomas said. 'That is not domestic violence.'
A status conference in the case has been set for September 10.
