Deep Fusion Films Signs With Buchwald

Deep Fusion Films, a British production company that uses ethical AI in its projects, is looking to the U.S. for growth after signing with Buchwald.

The company has signed with the agency for U.S. representation.

It comes less than a year after it was launched by Andrew Keats, Benjamin Field and Jamie Anderson to integrate AI technology into television projects, particularly documentaries, factual series, and lifestyle content.

It is the latest production company to sign with Buchwald, which signed Gena McCarthy’s UNConventional Entertainment earlier this summer.

Deep Fusion is currently producing feature documentary Hammer: Heroes, Legends and Monsters for Sky, which celebrates the 90th anniversary of the iconic horror studio Hammer Films. It is also developing feature documentary Hunt: We Need to Talk About James, offering a look at the life of the Formula One legend James Hunt.

Deep Fusion also claims to have secured the “first-ever” AI development deal with a “major” U.S. network

Benjamin Field, co-founder and Executive Producer at Deep Fusion Films, said, “To be represented by Buchwald is a great step forward for Deep Fusion. Don Buchwald was a legend in the industry, and we’re thrilled that such a forward thinking and respected agency will look after our interests and opportunities as we innovate and lead the creative charge with AI in the US.”
