Daniel Radcliffe may have grown up before our eyes over the course of 8 Harry Potter movies, but he is now just as well-known for his impeccable comedic timing. Now, audiences will get a weekly dose of that humor thanks to The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins, which premieres on February 23 and will air Mondays on NBC.
In the new mockumentary-style sitcom, Radcliffe plays Arthur Tobin, an acclaimed documentary director who decides to make disgraced ex-NFL player Reggie Dinkins (Tracy Morgan) his next project. The series is executive produced by Tina Fey and several other members of the 30 Rock team, including Robert Carlock, Sam Means, Eric Gurian, and David Miner. While executive producer Rhys Thomas did not work on that show, he is best known for his time behind the scenes of Saturday Night Live.
