EXCLUSIVE: Actress Dania Ramirez (X-Men: The Last Stand, Once Upon a Time) has signed with Buchwald for representation.
Ramirez most recently starred as Nikki Batista on the Fox crime drama series Alert: Missing Persons Unit, working opposite Scott Caan. The series is set at the Philadelphia Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit. Each episode features a search for a missing person headed by detectives Jason Grant (Caan) and Nikki Batista (Ramirez). Together with the MPU team, their job is to find the missing or abducted and reunite them with their loved ones.
Across her acting career that spans more than two decades, Ramirez’s small screen credits also include Netflix’s Sweet Tooth, playing Cinderella in ABC’s Once Upon a Time, and CBS’s Tell Me a Story, as well as recurring roles on HBO hits The Sopranos and Entourage. Some of her fan-favorite roles include Rosie Falta on Lifetime’s Devious Maids, Maya Herrera on NBC’s Heroes and Blanca Selgado on Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
On the big screen, she is best known for her role as Callisto in X-Men: The Last Stand, where she appeared opposite Hugh Jackman and Halle Berry. The character is a mutant with superhuman abilities. Her additional film credits include Mojave alongside Garrett Hedlund and Oscar Isaac, Premium Rush from director David Koepp, and the blockbuster hit Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, working alongside Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Jack Black and Kevin Hart, from director Jake Kasdan. She also voiced Scandal Savage in the animated feature Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay.
