During a Q&A with her followers, Dani was asked by one fan: 'Opinion on vapes bcz I just don't understand the hype? Xx'

Opening up about her use of them, Dani said: 'This is my third time giving it up! They are just so addictive [crying face].

'Nobody really knows the dangers of them yet but I think puffing on a fruit stick all day can't be good for [sweating emoji].'

It comes days after Dani opened up about her body confidence battle after becoming a mum in an honest new interview.

The TV star first welcomed her four-year-old son Santiago, who she shares with her ex-partner Sammy Kimmence in 2021.

In 2023, Dani gave birth to her twins Summer and Star with her husband Jarrod Bowen.

However, the mother-of-three has said she struggled after her body changed following motherhood.

Appearing on the latest episode of Ellis Ranson's Talk In Wardrobe podcast, she was asked how becoming a mother changed the way she feels about her body.

Dani candidly replied: ‘The first year after becoming a mum, I used to torture myself and try and put my old jeans on.

'In the end my mum was like "Dan just get rid of them". It is hard going through that phase because none of your clothes previously fit you.'

She continued: ‘It is trying to find yourself again. I think after you become a mum you drastically change and then you do have to find new looks.'

Offering advice to other mothers, Dani said: 'I think with confidence we do have our ups and downs, don't we? Especially as a woman, like we only really have a certain cycle of the month where we actually feel normal.

'We all struggle with confidence.'

Last year Dani heartbreakingly revealed she suffered a miscarriage before welcoming her son Santiago.

Appearing on Jamie Laing's In Great Company Podcast, she said: 'Just before Santi, I got pregnant, and then that didn't work out. Because it didn't work out, I wanted a baby, so I wasn't careful.

'I was like I'm having a baby, and my mum and dad were fuming at the time. So I was nervous to tell my mum, and they were happy with me for the baby, because they knew what I went through.

'So they were happy for me for that, but they knew that relationship was never going to work. I've said sorry to them so many times for what I've put them through. And I get what they were saying now.

'Yeah, it was a miscarriage, but it was very early. When I got pregnant again, I had so many scans, I was there all the time.'

Speaking on Santi's father, she added: 'The one [boyfriend] that was just hell. Before Love Island, he never wanted to settle down with me. He was a massive player. I shouldn't have gone back there.

'I don't regret anything... having Santi changed me as a person, so I'm so glad I had my Sant. I think I had to go through a tricky relationship to get my little boy and to change me as a person, to get to where I am now.

'We are very civil and I will always be very civil to him because that's Santi's dad. There is going to be times with Santi in school plays, and I would never want Santi to feel uncomfortable. He is never going to know his mum and dad being together.

'I always feel guilty because when Jarrod walks through the door, the twins say "Daddy, daddy," and Santi doesn't have that.'
