Tiger Woods‘ had “bloodshot and glassy” eyes and was carrying “two white pills” after crashing his Land Rover near his Jupiter Island, Florida, home last week, an arrest affidavit from local police states.

Those pills that were in the golf icon’s pocket have been identified as Hydrocodone. The opioid prescription medication is commonly used as a hardcore painkiller.

Arrested and charged just after 3 pm ET on March 27 for driving under the influence and refusing to take a urine test, Woods spent about eight hours behind bars at the Martin County jail.

Getting his mugshot taken and posting a bond of $1,000.00, Woods was released near 8 pm ET and taken home in a chauffeured Cadillac. Looking at losing his drivers’ license and facing a potential year-long sentence, the 50-year-old is set now to appear in court in the Sunshine State on April 23.

It seems Hydrocodone wasn’t the only medication involved in Woods’ latest car crash.

“I observed his pupils to be extremely dilated,” says the document from Deputies of the Martin County Sheriff’s Department of the “limping and stumbling to the right” Woods, who agreed to a series of on-site field sobriety tests.

Released earlier Tuesday, the affidavit of the admittedly heath issues-suffering athlete adds: “I asked Woods if he consumed any type of alcoholic beverage to drink today to which he stated, ‘none.’ | asked Woods if he consumed any prescription medication to which he stated, ‘I take a few.’ Woods advised he takes medication for high blood pressure, cholesterol, ibuprofen, and Vicodin. Woods advised he took his prescription medication earlier in the morning. While speaking to Woods, | observed him to be extremely alert and talkative.”

According to the affidavit, Woods insisted he was “looking down at his cell phone and changing the radio station and did not notice the vehicle in front of him had slowed down” when his car swerved and clipped a truck dragging a pressure cleaner trailer on a two-lane road with a 30mph speed limit.

Woods blew a 0.00 on a breathalyzer test after showing signs of “impairment,” according to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office. After climbing out the passenger side of the overturned car, Woods supposedly informed police on the scene that he had a number of health issues and had several operations to his back and elsewhere.

A post-arrest visit to a nearby hospital found Woods hadn’t suffered any injuries from the crash, though he did do “approximately $5000.00 worth of damage” to the vehicle he hit.

This is the five-time Masters champ’s second DUI in 10 years and his fourth known car crash since 2009. No wonder, according to reports, the Secret Service won’t let Woods, who is dating his good pal Donald Trump‘s ex-daughter-in-law, drive POTUS’s grandchildren.
