‘Special Forces’ Finale: Find Out Which 2 Stars Won by Completing Training Camp
Collin Gosselin is making his way back to reality TV.
Nearly a decade after the Jon & Kate Plus 8 spinoff series Kate Plus 8 ended, the TLC star will return to screens as part of the season five cast of Fox’s Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.
“The secret is out… I’m so excited to announce that this fall, you can watch me take on the challenges of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test!” Collin wrote on Instagram July 15. “This experience was so special to me, and I met some truly incredible people along the way.”
The 22-year-old—whose mom Kate Gosselin appeared on the first season of the series in 2023—added, “I can’t wait for you all to watch us tackle these challenges together. See you soon!”
Of course, Collin isn’t the only household name being subjected to the show’s grueling challenges. Indeed, Full House actress Candace Cameron Bure is part of the season five cast alongside Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Brandi Glanville.
Plus, ousted politician George Santos is looking forward for fans to watch him participate on the show.
“I did something and it changed my perspective in life,” he wrote on Instagram July 15, “and y’all get to see it now!”
As for what viewers will witness once the show premieres Sept. 24 on Fox? The network promises a “hostile environment” in the jungles of Malaysia.

“Recruits must adapt to uncomfortable conditions, unpredictable terrain and harsh jungle warfare tasks,” read a press release, “including a claustrophobic, high-pressure search of an underground bunker to find crucial military weapons; a supply load retrieval while suspended 300 feet above the jungle floor; endure a barrage of chemical gassing while retrieving coordinates of an enemy vessel; and much more.”
“In this experiment, there are no votes and no eliminations—just survival,” the description added. “These celebrities, who are so used to being in the spotlight, will quickly learn the meaning of ‘no guts, no glory’—and no glam.”
