Coleen and Wayne Rooney's children have been branded 'the stars of the show' following the release of their 'chaotic' Disney reality series.
The couple, both 40, have given fans an intimate look inside their family life with sons Kai, 16, Klay, 13, Kit, ten, and Cass, eight, in their new £10million fly-on-the-wall show, The Real Rooneys, which was filmed last year.
And with eight episodes now available to watch, and two more teased for release next month, fans have plenty of Rooney-filled content to get their teeth stuck into.
However while Coleen was a huge hit in the I'm A Celeb jungle, her reality series with her husband has received rather mixed reviews from critics.
The Daily Mail's Christopher Stevens gave the show a one star scathing review as he wrote: 'The extent to which I find this offensive, and the anger of my reaction, surprises even me.'
Taking offence with the fact that none of Wayne's previous cheating allegations or alcohol struggles are addressed he wrote: ' To call it The Real Rooneys, however, and then make no mention, is simply deceitful.'
He added: 'Why anyone would want to be portrayed as vacuous, self-obsessed, intellectually numb, absurdly insulated from reality and just spectacularly tacky, is beyond me.

'It's like an endless Instagram loop devised to convince us that life with the Rooneys is all a great boisterous lark, where everyone laughs and frolics until they fall into bed with exhausted happy smiles, excited about what tomorrow will bring – a Scouse version of The Waltons, with a hideous gilded brick barn instead of a wooden house.'
Meanwhile Mark Jefferies from The Mirror credited the couple's four children as being the 'stars of the show' who carry the best lines in his four star review.
He wrote: 'Their personalities are not tamed by years of media training so when they speak about their parents what they say is how they feel - I liked one saying Coleen had thrown high heels at Wayne in a row, it's a real shame that wasn't caught on camera!'
Mark added that it seems the aim of the series is also to show Wayne in a different light and showcase him as a decent dad.
The Guardian's Jack Seale marked the show with a middle-of-the-road rating with three stars.
Agreeing with Stevens that their portrayal is by no means as real as they would like to have you believe, he remarked that 'their self-deprecation is hard to not enjoy'.
Praising the WAG, he wrote: 'Coleen comes across as honest, self-aware and, crucially, someone who doesn’t seamlessly fit into the role she has been given.
'When the producers hand her a tablet with a photo gallery charting the history of the questionable outfits she has worn in public, her self-deprecating reactions are endearingly genuine.'
The Telegraph's Anita Singh echoes a similar sentiment in her three star review as she writes: 'The Real Rooneys is another one of those where the fly has been issued with a lengthy PR brief.'
She adds: 'They’re a likeable pair and it’s a fun watch thanks to Wayne, who turns out to be sharper and funnier than you’d expect.'
Many critics remarked that the reality show doesn't feel real at all as they gave viewers a curated viewers inside life at their £20million mega mansion in Cheshire (pictured)
Katie Rosseinsky from The Independent has managed to see the more light-hearted side of the show as while she also understands it isn't really 'real' she describes it as 'pleasantly chaotic'.
She penned: 'The pair come across as a couple that genuinely like each other, for all of their tumultuous history.
'With the Beckhams currently mired in intra-familial feuding, this feels like the Rooneys’ bid to become football’s first family – as far as tryouts go, it’s a winning play.'
The couple have shown off their £20million mega mansion in their new docuseries as they invited the cameras into their lives for a year to document the highs and lows of their marriage, family life, and work endeavours.
And first on the list of grand reveals was a detailed tour of their palatial Cheshire home, dubbed The Morrisons Mansion, which they built from the ground up in 2022 upon 50 acres of farmland.
Speaking about their family home, Coleen shared: 'This house is everything that I have dreamed of since I was a little girl.'
As a montage of the house's many rooms flashed up, she continued: 'You know when you're a child and you draw a house, everything's symmetrical. The door in the middle and the same both sides...'
Among the home's many amenities is a home cinema, indoor swimming pool, an underground spa, wine cellar, and a football pitch for their four sons.
The Real Rooneys is now available to stream on Disney+.
