Cindy Crawford's son Presley Gerber was remembered by ex-girlfriend Isabella Jones in an Instagram post shared on Friday.
It comes less than one month after Gerber died of a suspected drug overdose on September 20 at age 27.
Jones, also 27, shared a series of intimate photos with her former beau and wrote in the caption, 'My sweet Presley, I will miss you for the rest of my life.'
One photo showed Presley, who followed in Crawford's footsteps as a model, smiling behind the wheel of a car.
Another snapshot showed the couple gazing into each other's eyes as Jones caressed his face. The comments of her tribute post were turned off.
The twosome were last seen together two years ago at the Cloud23 launch party in Los Angeles.

Crawford, who shared Presley with husband Rande Gerber, praised her 'warrior' son months before his untimely death.
The supermodel, 60, her daughter Kaia, 25, and husband Rande, 64, rallied around Presley in March after he discussed doing an Ibogaine treatment in Mexico in an Instagram post.
Ibogaine is a naturally occurring psychoactive substance derived from an African shrub that is reported to help withdrawal symptoms and reset brain pathways.
After Presley wrote about his experience, his family left supportive comments, with the supermodel writing, 'You are a warrior! Walked thru the fire to find yourself! So proud!'
Kaia added, 'That's my brother. I am so damn proud.'
And his dad similarly gushed, 'I'm so proud of you and your courage. Facing what's hard takes real strength and watching you find your way back to yourself is everything. I love you so much.'
In the caption of his post, Presley wrote: 'Pre Ibogaine Flood Dose - quiet moment before everything changed. i was absolutely terrified, and I knew I would be again if I ever had to face something like this (helps to not go into the situations you do that get ya there but that’s life sometimes.)
'My mantras were love yourself and lis gotta be the last time for this reason. letting go of control didn’t come easy, but I trusted there was something bigger than me guiding it. I knew why i was there. I faced what I had been running from, and somewhere in all of it, i started finding my way back to myself…. We shall see…. Praying it’s the last time I have to come back.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner said that Presley died at a rehab facility, according to TMZ. His cause of death has not yet been revealed.
In August, Kaia revealed how Presley's drug use and mental health struggles affected their family in an interview with Vogue.
'When something like that happens in a family, it kind of levels everyone,' she told the outlet.
Amid Presley's untimely death, a rep for Cindy told the Daily Mail, 'The family is asking for privacy during this very difficult and painful time.'
Presley began modeling at age 15 and was featured in campaigns for fashion labels Dolce & Gabbana and Calvin Klein.
He faced mental health struggles from a young age and was arrested for driving under the influence in 2019.
Last November, Presley revealed he was retreating from social media to 'take care of my own mental health for a bit.'
One month later, he opened up about his personal life in a candid video shared online, listing medications he was taking for 'night terrors' and 'panic attacks.'

Presley's ex-girlfriend Charlotte D'Alessio, 28, also paid tribute to him in an Instagram post shortly after his death.
The Canadian model shared personal photos of the late star, as well as clips from their time together.
One snippet showed the former couple briefly riding a mechanical bull together before falling off simultaneously and bursting into a fit of laughter.
D'Alessio captioned the carousel post, '♥️ rest easy king. Love you so much Pres. connected for life. I’ll talk to you soon.'
The exes dated for about two years beginning in 2018, and D'Alessio had previously shared another emotional tribute online.
'Shared a pure love with you & for that I thank & honor your life. You deserved more time. You deserved more life. Very angry ab this,' she wrote via Instagram Stories.
On a black and white photo of them hugging, she wrote: 'Love you Pres. always. Up there, down here. don't ever doubt that. we all love you so much. I hope you can feel it.'
D'Alessio also uploaded a nostalgic clip of Presley taking a scenic walk toward the ocean, with a white dog trotting close behind him.
'I will always remember you this way,' she wrote over the video.
Aside from Jones and D'Alessio, Presley was romantically linked to reality TV star Lexi Wood in 2022 and model Cayley King in 2017.
