Cindy Crawford, 58, says she admires her mini-me daughter Kaia Gerber's 'drive and fearlessness' as she turns 23

Cindy Crawford has wished her mini-me daughter Kaia Gerber a happy birthday.

On Tuesday the Vogue model posted photos with Kaia  — one recent and one from when Kaia was a kid — on Instagram.

'Happy 23rd birthday @kaiagerber!' the leggy wonder began her caption.

The 58-year-old added, 'Time sure does fly! So proud of you and how you walk through life.'

Cindy then pointed out exactly what she loves about the model turned actress: 'I admire your compassion, curiosity, drive and fearlessness! Love you so so so much!’

Reese Witherspoon hit the like button. 

Gerber looks like her model mom and is a model herself: she recently shot a campaign for DKNY’s fall collection, inspired by New York City literature.

Gerber is a book lover too. 

She’s an ‘avid reader,’ with ‘a vibrant growing online community through her Book Club,' says Trey Laird, Founder and Chief Creative Officer at Team Laird.

She recently posted a photo of herself reading, in fact — ‘a book for someone I used to know,’ she wrote, called ‘Dear D***head.’

She seems to be much happier with current boyfriend and Elvis star Austin Butler, though. 

They celebrated his 33rd birthday in New York City recently.

Gerber is actress, too, currently in Palm Royale and the upcoming movie Saturday Night, about the night Saturday Night Live premiered in 1975.

In July, mom and daughter posed together on the red carpet at the opening night of OMEGA House Paris 2024.

Cindy displayed her incredible figure as she slipped into a black midi dress with an elegant cowl neckline.

She added a few extra inches of height to her already statuesque frame with a pair of strappy black and gold high heels.

Adding a pop of color to her monochrome outfit, she toted a bright red clutch and accessorized with a simple gold necklace and small hoop earrings.

An Omega brand ambassador, Cindy also sported a silver watch from the brand, while completing her chic look with bouncy waves and smoky eyeshadow.

While daughter Kaia looked the spitting image of her famous mother and emphasized their resemblance by donning a coordinating little black dress.

The model and actress put on a more daring display, showing off her enviable long legs in the minidress with a sweetheart neckline.

Cindy shares daughter Kaia and son Presley Gerber, 25, with her husband Rande Gerber, who she married in 1998.

During the 1980s and 1990s, she became one of the world's most popular supermodels, appearing on a slew of covers, campaigns and catwalks.

She recently opened up about she began out-earning her parents with her modelling gigs at just 18 years old.
