EXCLUSIVE: IAG has signed actress and producer Christina Hendricks for representation in all areas.
The agency will work closely with Hendricks to expand her producing footprint and further bolster her acting resume, while expanding her participation in branding and endorsement partnerships.
Hendricks is widely known for her portrayal of Joan Holloway on AMC’s Mad Men, a role that earned her six Emmy nominations, along with multiple Critics Choice and SAG Awards. She recently exec produced and starred opposite Chris O’Dowd in the dark comedy Small Town, Big Story for Sky Max and currently appears in Apple TV’s period drama The Buccaneers.
Previously, Hendricks also produced and starred in NBC’s crime dramedy Good Girls, which ran for four seasons, with additional television credits including Prime Video’s The Romanoffs — an anthology reuniting her with Mad Men’s Matthew Weiner — as well as the British crime drama Tin Star and the Ben Stiller-produced period comedy Another Period.
On the feature side, Hendricks starred opposite Sienna Miller in the Ridley Scott-produced American Woman and appeared alongside Charlize Theron and Nicholas Hoult in Dark Places, adapted from the novel by Gone Girl author Gillian Flynn. She also starred opposite Philip Seymour Hoffman in God’s Pocket, directed by her Mad Men co-star John Slattery, with additional credits including Nicolas Winding Refn’s Drive and The Neon Demon, Ryan Gosling’s directorial debut Lost River, Bad Santa 2, and Toy Story 4.
Hendricks marks another high-profile signing for IAG following the likes of Sylvester Stallone, Taraji P. Henson and Chris Tucker. She continues to be represented by Jane Epstein at Independent Talent, Link Entertainment, and Hirsch Wallerstein Hayum.
