Six months after the Christina In the Country star and estranged husband Josh Hall filed to end their marriage, she revealed that they’re still a long way from reaching a settlement.
“Not even close,” Christina said on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live Jan. 12. “We’re going to be going to trial, I hear. He doesn’t want to do mediation. It’s gonna be fun. Can’t wait.”
The HGTV star—who wed Josh in October 2021—also said she anticipates paying her ex’s attorney’s fees.
“They haven’t ordered me yet, but he’s been asking,” Christina continued. “I’ve already had to give a little something.”
The 41-year-old went on to question the way Josh, 44, has been spending his finances amid their separation.
“I gave him money to live and then he bought a Bentley, but then he also doesn’t have a job,” she said of the realtor, who is set to appear alongside his now-estranged wife on The Flip Off. “But he drives a Bentley, so I’m sure he’s pulling a lot of chicks.”
E! News has reached out to Josh for comment but has not yet heard back.
Despite the circumstances of her ongoing split, Christina—who shares kids Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9, with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa as well as son Hudson, 5, with ex-husband Ant Anstead—previously said she’s still open to giving marriage another try.

“I'll always love love,” she told Us Weekly Jan. 10. “I probably will [get married again] eventually.”
But Christina did make it clear she won’t be wedding planning “anytime soon.”
“I'm terrified of men,” she continued. “I’m taking a break and spending time with my girlfriends and my kids.”
