Chloe Sims has revealed she had her drink spiked during a night out, causing her to live in constant fear.
The former TOWIE star, 42, said she was targeted when she was younger during her days working as a promotional bunny for Playboy and the ordeal left her 'vulnerable', a feeling which has gradually worsened throughout the years.
As a young model and during her TOWIE heyday, Chloe regularly attended red carpet events and celebrity parties, and admits she witnessed 'women being abused by men in powerful places', which heightened her anxiety.
In an exclusive interview with MailOnline, she said: 'I had my drink spiked when I was younger, so I have experienced what that is like... I have been involved in some situations that I'm not ready to talk about.
'I have felt vulnerable since I was a teenager. I constantly live in fear. I'm scared of people breaking in, scared of guys when I'm out, and scared of my drink getting spiked.
'It is scary to say stuff out loud these days but when I am scared at night and when I am panicking to get through my door quickly, it's not a woman I'm afraid of. I'm definitely scared of men in general.'
Chloe says she is in full support of the victims who have come forward in the case against Sean 'Diddy' Combs, who is facing charges of sex trafficking, amongst other crimes, after 120 accusers alleged misconduct against the rapper spanning across the course of two decades.
She added: 'I was a young woman going out on the scene and I did go to all the top clubs and see lots of celebrities. I can definitely remember occasions where things were weird. I never met Diddy, but I did see stuff. I have definitely seen things in my years. These men in high places may start to think twice about taking advantage of a woman now it's all coming out.'

The House of Sims star, who currently lives in Los Angeles and recently spent time in the Big Apple, avoids using public transport over her growing fears around safety for women.
She believes it should be legal for females to carry pepper spray and a taser in the UK, as per the right in Los Angeles, to protect themselves against potential predators.
She said: 'I feel like being a woman in general, we are vulnerable and there's no doubt about that. You can learn how to fight and be a powerful woman but at the end of the day I do believe we are vulnerable.
'I don't use public transport because I'm scared and the entire time that I was in New York people told me to take the subway and I thought no, are you mad? Being underground on a train and there's no security and I'm open for anyone to approach me.
'I also don't understand why we aren't allowed to protect ourselves in the UK. In LA, it is completely legal to carry pepper spray and a taser and I have that here when I'm getting in Ubers late at night by myself.
'I don't know if I would use it in the heat of the moment, but it gives me a bit of comfort, I have something to protect myself in case the worst happens.
'The fact we're not allowed that in England, not even in your home in case someone gets in, they have to physically harm you and that's really scary.'
Chloe, who is a mother to 19-year-old daughter Madison, says she has done her best to teach the teenager to be aware when she's out and drinking in nightclubs.

After having her drink spiked as a young woman, Chloe says one of her biggest worries is history repeating itself and Madison one day falling victim to the crime.
She said: 'It's another fear of mine having a daughter. I have told her to watch her drinks, which is one of my biggest fears.
'I am quite a paranoid person in general and I tend to be quite alert in clubs… but I do worry about Madison.'
MailOnline revealed last week that Chloe is beginning a new chapter and moving from Los Angeles to New York, where she has just purchased an apartment.
She left Essex behind to pursue her dream of starring in her own reality series House of Sims, with the second season available to stream now on Netflix.
Chloe says the reason for her move to the city is because she instantly felt more comfortable in New York compared to LA, where she has struggled to form a romantic connection.
She said: 'I really do feel like it's my home and I have finally found it. I started to feel a little bit lost in Los Angeles whereas there are a lot of people my age in New York.
'I really think I could meet my husband in New York and I'm not even joking.'
