Chloe Ferry sent pulses racing in a skimpy pink crochet bikini as she enjoyed a cheeky tipple to celebrate her 29th birthday with her friends in Ibiza on Saturday. 

The Geordie Shore star, who put her £1.3m five-bed home up for sale last month, looked incredible as she strutted around the grounds in a pale pink two-piece which she paired with a match beach skirt. 

She paired her beach ensemble with some white Hermes sandals, which cost £610, and a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses.

To accessorise, she finished her look with  myriad of gold bangles and chunky gold hoops.   

Chloe was seen in full glam as she tooted around a glass of rose wine while chatting her friend. 

The TV star was clearly in the mood for a party as she was seen knocking back a shot while sat at a table in the hotel.    

Her celebrations come after Chloe listed her Newcastle home earlier this week for an eye-watering £1.3million. 

She originally bought the house for £1.1million just three years ago in 2021, however, it seems she is already keen to move on.

As well as several bedrooms, the home also has five bathrooms, a luxurious cinema room, a bar, a games room, a walk-in wardrobe, and a double garage. 

The reality personality has a big open-plan kitchen, which is centred around an island and boasts contemporary black cabinets and cream quartz worktops. 

Chloe's home also has a double garage which she has partly converted into a gym to keep up with her fitness regime, including a boxing bag, StairMaster, and weights. 

The entrance to the house features a grand staircase leading to the first floor, in a hallway which has artwork lining the walls and a selection of sleek black furniture.

The property also boasts a large garden, which no doubt party girl Chloe would have taken advantage of to host her friends at the house.

The pad sits in acres of fields which surround the property, while the garden space is secured by a gate for privacy and security.

Chloe's massive driveway is perfect for her collection of cars, which has previously included a Lamborghini, a G-Wagon, and a Bentley.

She looks out at the space through floor-to-ceiling windows, which appear on both floors in the house, which has been listed by Pattinson Estate Agents.

Chloe told Instagram followers on social media that she felt like 'the luckiest girl in the world' after moving into the mansion.

She put the luxurious property on the rental market in 2022 for an eye-watering £7,000 per month, but it is unclear if anyone ever moved in.

Her Instagram is littered with snaps taken inside the lavish pad. 

Chloe put her old Newcastle home on the market in February 2021, just a year after moving in and redecorating.

In June of the same year, Chloe revealed the property had been sold as she celebrated next to her former home, where a yellow 'sold' sign had been stuck in the front garden.

She said: 'Can't believe my house has been sold!' while celebrating outside the luxurious property.

Chloe told her followers: 'Doesn't feel real that I've moved out! But on to the next chapter stay tuned #chloemanor.'
