Chloe Ferry has revealed she is dealing with the consequences of surgery she had at 19 years old after having an operation to target 'loose skin' from her BBL removal.
The Geordie Shore star, 31, has shared her regret over the initial surgery – called a Brazilian Butt Lift - which she had reversed in January 2025.
Chloe opened up about her current situation on Instagram on Monday, as she explained what led to her decision to have a further operation.
The reality personality had previously revealed she had her bum lift removed, but had not publicly shared the complications of the procedure before.
She wrote: 'A year ago, I had my BBL removed, and honestly, I thought that would be the end of my journey with it. I thought I could finally move on and put it all behind me.

'Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. I'm now left with quite a lot of loose skin after getting my BBL removed around that area, and after a lot of thought, I've made the difficult decision to have it surgically removed.'
Chloe went on to reveal she's learned after years of having plastic surgery that it's 'never as simple as it can look from the outside'.
She said: 'Especially when it comes to cosmetic surgery, corrective procedures or removals, there can be consequences you never imagine when you're making that initial decision.'
She added that she wishes she 'could go back and speak to the 19-year-old version of myself' to tell her that she was 'already enough' and didn't need to 'change herself to feel beautiful, accepted or worthy'.
Chloe continued: 'I'm not sharing this to judge anyone who has had, or is considering, cosmetic surgery. Everyone has their own reasons, experiences and journeys.
'I'm simply sharing mine because I wish someone had shared something like this with me when I was younger.
'If this reaches even one young girl who is thinking about changing her body and makes her pause for a moment and ask herself, 'Do I really need to do this?' then sharing something this personal will be worth it.'

Alongside pictures of herself in a hospital bed and with surgeon Mark Solomos, Chloe said that 'so many people' recommended the pro, who 'specialises in aesthetic reconstructive surgery'.
She concluded: 'After speaking with him about what's possible and what to expect, I felt comfortable putting myself in his hands today.'
In an update on her Instagram Stories, Chloe said 'everything went well.'
She added: 'Hoping and praying this is my last surgery - I never want to put myself through this again.'
The reality star also shared a snap of her mum, who had brought her 20 chicken nuggets to eat after the operation, as she wrote: 'I'm sorry for putting you through all of this mam, I love you.
'I know how hard all this must be for you.'
She received well wishes from her former Geordie Shore co-stars Nathan Henry and Marnie Simpson, as well as reality star Lateysha Grace, who found fame on The Valleys in 2012.
Nathan wrote: 'Super proud of you for being so open and honest, my little darling speedy recovery and happy healing. Sissy.'
Marnie said: 'Sending you so much love Chloe, hoping this is finally the last chapter for you and you don't need to go through this anymore, love you.'
Meanwhile, Lateysha said: 'Super proud of you for being so open and honest, it's not easy! Love you.'
