A gorgeous Melbourne terrace owned by famed Australian jeweller Millie Savage has been listed with a whopping $2.25 million to $2.35 million price guide.

Located in Fitzroy, a mere 3 km from the CBD, the stylishly renovated pad boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Known for her celebrity client list, including Chappell Roan and Miley Cyrus, Savage reportedly bought the property three years ago to be close to her business nearby.

Originally built in the 1850s, the site was once home to the Fitzroy National School and was converted into a chic spread by MvS Architects in 2019.

The two-storey home features a spacious open plan layout on the first floor that combines the kitchen and dining areas.

An adjoining living space opens out to a courtyard balcony.

The ground floor hosts the bedrooms, which lead to a beautiful garden featuring a covered entertainment patio.

Other highlights include high ceilings and expertly preserved original design features, including the Regency facade.

The main bedroom boasts an en suite with handmade Japanese finger tiles and a custom tub.

There's also a working fireplace, a galley-style kitchen with stone benchtops and custom woodwork.

Savage, 33, told the Herald Sun that she is offloading the Victorian-era home at auction next month so she can spend more time on her farm in Gherang on the Surf Coast, 90 km from Melbourne.

'There's a lot in motion,' she told the publication and continued:

'Expanding my own art practice, still hand-making jewellery constantly and my life in Gherang only works if I'm actually there getting dirt under my nails and looking after the land, plants, animals and general farm chaos.'

Dubbed the 'rockstar' of Aussie jewellery makers, Savage established her brand in 2013 and opened her first bricks and mortar shopfront in nearby Brunswick in 2020.

Favouring big statement designs, the sought-after designer likes to work in loud colour choices and custom-cut opals.

Her site promotes a range of 'one-off beauties' - designs never to be repeated - which come with eye-watering prices, including a maple signet ring for $2,500.

A sterling silver garden necklace, in the same range, featuring blue and green sapphires, is priced at $3,990.

Abbie Chatfield made headlines at Christmas when she received a festive season gift, designed by Savage, from boyfriend Adam Hyde.

A tearful Abbie later explained in an Instagram video that the horseshoe necklace was a replica of one worn by Abbie's late grandmother, Carmel.

The influencer's new piece was made even more meaningful by the inclusion of her and Adam's birthstones.

'I've never cried so much from a gift,' Abbie wrote.
