Cara Delevingne showed off her athletic skills when she appeared on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday night.

The supermodel turned actress and singer, 34, was promoting her new single, Crazy Baby as well as her movie Club Kid when she spoke about her pre-show rituals.

She performed her new single, wearing a pair of lilac satin knickers which had Fallon emblazoned across the front.

And afterwards, she told host Jimmy that she likes to 'do a lot of random stuff' including yoga and breath work, including a headstand.

And proving she's got what it takes, she removed all her rings and her cummerbund as she and Jimmy both performed headstands while on stage.

Cara joked that if someone watched a clip out of context of herself getting into position, it might look a little suspicious.

'She changed my life and I love her so much but we are British and she hates grand gestures - so this is the worst thing I could possibly be doing. But we all love to embarrass our partners.

'It’s a song apologising for writing this song.'

She continued: ' We went to school together and she’s the most important person, I wouldn't be doing this without her. Don’t make me cry.'

Cara and Minke have actually known one another for some time and met at boarding school when they were children

She has previously admitted she used party drug GHB daily until she started suffering from terrifying seizures.

And she told Fallon: 'I got sober and I finally love myself and believe in myself.

I want to help others. I have a song called The Mask and at one of my shows, a girl was crying and said thank you and that she was autistic and it meant so much to her.'
