Can't afford an Airwrap? My favorite alternative multi-styler just got even more affordable for Prime Day

I've tested plenty of hair gadgets in my role as one of TechRadar's Homes Editors, and my favorite affordable multi-styler, the Shark FlexStyle, is even better value right now. In the US, the build-your-own-bundle FlexStyle is $229.99 (was $299.99) at Shark.

In the UK, the best deal is at Amazon, where the FlexStyle is down to £179.99 (was £249.99), but if you miss that limited-time deal, you can grab a build-your-own-bundle for £199.99 (was £269.99) at Shark.

You can use the FlexStyle as a hair dryer, twisting the top section to a right angle for comfortable and convenient use, or add an attachment to turn it into a different kind of styling tool. The auto-wrap barrels create curls without the extreme heat of traditional tongs, and you could also use a brush attachment for a bouncy blowout style, for instance. (Note: there are a few curl barrel variations floating around, but these all work the same.)

Why are we seeing all these deals, I hear you ask? We're in the middle of the Prime Big Deal Days sale, and various retailers are running their own rival sales. Read on for more on the best FlexStyle bargains, or head to TechRadar's general Amazon Prime Day hub for more bargains.

I've tested out a bunch of Dyson Airwrap alternatives, and the FlexStyle is one of my favorites – head to the TechRadar Shark FlexStyle review to find out what to expect from this versatile styler.

If you feel like treating yourself, though, nothing I've used is quite as good as the Dyson Airwrap i.d. – and there are some very strong Airwrap discounts about this Prime Day. It's still a big investment, even with those deals, and if you're on a tighter budget or just want something for occasional use, the FlexStyle will still be a great choice for many people.
