CAA Foundation, the philanthropic arm of CAA, hosted their annual Young Party fundraisers in Los Angeles, Nashville, New York City, London, and Munich, raising over $280,000 to support charities around the world. Organized by the CAA Task Force, a group of next-generation leaders at the company with the common goal of fostering change in their communities, the events gathered next-gen professionals and talent across the entertainment industry and featured online auctions that contributed to raise funds.
More than 1,200 people attended the Hollywood event, including “Love Island USA” winner Serena Page, actors Jessica Marie Garcia (“On My Block”), Lana Condor (“To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before”) and Jesse Metcalfe, and singers Huddy and Casey Baer, among others.
“We are incredibly proud of the CAA Task Force Leaders who executed our annual Young Party fundraisers, collectively raising hundreds of thousands of dollars this year,” said CAA Foundation executive Olivia Brooks. “The money raised through these events are critical to amplifying the mission of our nonprofit partners, allowing them to provide essential programs, resources, and support for the most vulnerable in communities around the world.”
Since their inception, the events have raised more than $5.3 million to benefit the CAA Foundation’s partners around the world, including the nation’s leading dropout prevention organization Communities In Schools’ (CIS) Los Angeles and Tennessee chapters, The Roberto Clemente School, the U.K.’s largest music therapy charity Nordoff and Robbins, PS 15 in New York City and intercultural Munich street football league Buntkicktgut.
Nordoff and Robbins deputy director of fundraising Sandy Trappitt said, “This year’s London Party was extremely special, as the CAA London Task Force pulled out all the stops to build on the success of previous parties, raising even more money for Nordoff and Robbins. We’re incredibly grateful to the young leaders who organized these events and engaged their peers in our mission to help people connect and communicate through the power of music.”
“CAA’s unwavering support has transformed the lives of our PS 15 students, especially those in temporary housing,” said PS 15 principal Irene Sanchez. “From providing school supplies, enrichment programs, and holiday gifts to hosting reading programs and unforgettable experiences like Halloween parties and camping trips, their commitment goes beyond donations—it builds hope, resilience, and a strong sense of community. For over a decade, CAA has empowered our students to see themselves as successful learners and supported them emotionally and academically. PS 15 is forever grateful for this life-changing partnership.”
“CAA’s Young Hollywood Party benefits Communities In Schools of Los Angeles by raising critical funds that empower our organization to support students’ success in school and life,” said CISLA executive director Elmer G. Roldan, calling the event “a night of fun, joy, and love, providing our team with a reprieve to recharge and feel like movie stars.”
“We are so grateful for the CAA Foundation’s partnership in our work with students across the state,” added CIS of Tennessee chief advancement officer Leah Susi. “For over 10 years, they have continued to show up for students in Tennessee by donating their time and resources to make an impact in the lives of so many kids.”
The CAA Foundation aims to harness the power and reach of the entertainment industry to create positive social change by forging strategic partnerships, encouraging volunteerism, granting financial contributions, stimulating public awareness and providing in-kind donations.
The Task Force was founded by the foundation in 2002 and grew out of the desire of the agency’s staff to make a difference in their communities. Each year, the group volunteers their time and energy and organizes benefits for various nonprofit partner organizations. For more information about the fundraisers, visit YoungParty.CAA.com.
