Brad Pitt, 62, cozies up to Ines de Ramon, 33, after estranged son Maddox dropped his surname

Brad Pitt and cuddled his girlfriend Ines de Ramon days after his estranged son shockingly dropped his last name.

The 62-year-old actor was all smiles could not keep his hands off of his much younger 33-year-old girlfriend on an outing in Greece's Hydra Island on Tuesday.

Pitt wrapped his arm around his ladylove as they looked casual cool while walking the streets before they hopped on a small watercraft where he continued to prop his arm behind her back. 

The A-lister looked cheerful on the outing despite the recent news that his son with Angelina Jolie, Maddox, Jolie has dropped his father's last name, eight months after his sister Shiloh made the same move. 

The revelation was made by People on Thursday after Maddox was listed in the end credits of his mother's new movie, Couture, as Maddox Jolie, rather than Maddox Jolie-Pitt.

The 24-year-old served as an assistant director on the drama, which debuted in French movie theaters earlier this week. 

According to publication, 'production notes for the film provided to journalists showed Maddox’s name was also listed as Maddox Jolie' when the film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in September 2025. 

The Daily Mail has reached out to Pitt and Jolie's respective representatives for comment, but has not heard back, at this time. 

Previously, on Jolie's biopic, Maria, about legendary opera singer Maria Callas, Maddox, who worked as a production assistant, was credited as Maddox Jolie-Pitt.

In addition to Maddox, Jolie and Pitt also share Pax, 22, Zahara, 21, Shiloh, 19, and 17-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

Last year, Shiloh, who was born Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt, legally changed her name to Shiloh Jolie shortly after turning 18.

At the time, in a statement shared with People, Shiloh's lawyer Peter Levine said she 'made an independent and significant decision following painful events,' adding that she was 'merely following legal process' when publishing notice of the change.

'Shiloh Jolie did not take out an "ad" announcing any name change, and any press reporting that is inaccurate,' Levine clarified, per People.

'As Shiloh's attorney, I am required to publish a legal notice because the law in California requires that of anyone who wants to change their name. That legal notice was published in the Los Angeles Times, as is required.'

One month after Shiloh filed to drop her father's last name, a source told People that Pitt's relationship with his older children remained strained.

'He has virtually no contact with the adult kids. His engagement with the younger kids is more limited in recent months because of his filming schedule,' the insider shared.

In May 2024, Vivienne was credited as Vivienne Jolie, not Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, on the playbill for The Outsiders, the Broadway musical. 

A year prior, Zahara, then a Spelman College student and sorority member of Alpha Kappa Mu Pi, introduced herself without using Pitt's surname. 

'My name is Zahara Marley Jolie. And [I] landed all the way from the Golden State in the city full of angels: Los Angeles, California,' she said in the clip, shared by Essence.

Jolie and Pitt finalized their divorce settlement in December 2024, bringing an end to an eight-year legal battle.

The split was contentious, and the former couple have also remained locked in a dispute over their French vineyard and estate after Jolie sold her reported $64 million stake to Russian billionaire Yuri Shefler in 2021.

At this time, neither of Maddox's parents have publicly commented on his latest credit change. 

 Meanwhile, last week Pitt and de Ramon enjoyed their first public outing together in three months as he is in the Mediterranean to begin production on his upcoming film The Riders.

They hadn’t been seen together publicly since November, when they led the stars at the LA premiere of Jay Kelly at the iconic Chateau Marmont.

The couple attended the event to support Pitt’s close friend George Clooney and mingle with Hollywood’s elite.
