You'll fall "Crazy in Love" with Beyoncé and 14-year-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter's coordinating style at the Met Gala 2026 in NYC on May 4.

Blue Ivy Carter, 14, Makes Breathtaking Met Gala 2026 Debut Alongside Mom Beyoncé

It's time to once again bow down to Blue Ivy Carter.

Beyoncé's 14-year-old daughter made her fashionable debut on the Metropolitan Museum of Art's famed staircase while attending her very first Met Gala in New York City on May 4.

For the 2026 fundraiser, the teen opted for a cream-colored off-the-shoulder dress for the theme of "Costume Art" that featured a long train and a matching off-the-shoulder jacket. Blue Ivy was her mom's mini-me with long, curly ombré hair and sleek sunglasses to complete her look, not to mention bedazzled sparkly heels.

Meanwhile, the "Texas Hold 'Em" singer—who is co-chairing this year's fashion fundraiser alongside Nicole Kidman, Venus Williams and Vogue's Anna Wintour—nailed the assignment looking stunningly gorgeous in a jaw-dropping skeleton-inspired dress that featured a mile-long train of feathers and an elaborate, jeweled headpiece.

Queen Bey completed her haute couture ensemble with hair matching her daughter's and sparkly diamond earrings.

Meanwhile, Jay Z looked dapper in a classic black tuxedo, perfectly complimenting his partner of nearly 20 years for the family outing.

Fans will certainly be buzzing over Bey's return to the Met Gala steps, as this marks the Destiny's Child alum's first time back at the annual bash in a decade. And sharing the special moment with Blue Ivy—one of the youngest guests to ever attend the 18+ event—was the ultimate full circle moment for the Grammy winner.

"It feels surreal because my daughter is here," Bey told Vogue at the event. "She looks so beautiful. It's incredible to be able to share it with her. And i think she looks so incredible."

The last time the Cowboy Carter artist graced the steps of New York City’s Metropolitan Museum of Art’s front staircase was in 2016 for the “Manus x Machina”-themed gala.

For the occasion, Beyoncé wore a skin-tight, flesh-toned latex gown by Givenchy Haute Couture that featured intricate beading and oversized shoulders.

As for why the 44-year-old hasn't made a Met Gala appearance in a decade? When she isn't busy running the world, she prefers to spend the very little free time she has at home with her family.

"I build my work schedule around my family," Beyoncé told GQ in 2024. "I try to only tour when my kids are out of school. I always dreamt of a life where I could see the world with my family and expose them to different languages, architecture, and lifestyles."

Plus, parenting a teenager and two soon-to-be tweens is a full-time job in itself.

"Raising three kids isn’t easy," she added. "The older they get, the more they become their own individuals with unique needs, hobbies, and social lives."
