Legendary star Bing Crosby’s onetime Coachella Valley residence, located inside the exclusive Ironwood Country Club community, is on the market for $13.5 million.
The property, which is reportedly the site of an alleged 'tryst between President John F. Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe' in the 1960s, per the Robb Report, sits on two and a half acres of land and is about 15 miles from Palm Springs.
It was originally built in 1955 and purchased by its current owners, retired healthcare executive Randall Burt and his attorney wife, Julia, for in 2012 for nearly $3 million.
The couple 'fully renovated' the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion, according to its listing, which is held by Susan Canavan and Deirdre Coit of Canavan Coit & Associates at Compass.
The Spanish ranch-style retreat, built by the White Christmas hitmaker, comes fully furnished and has three casitas, in addition to the main house.
While it has been remodeled, Burt and his spouse strived to 'honor its legacy and heritage.'
