The 24-year-old crooner was at the big ceremony with her boyfriend, musician Nat Wolff.
Their love story goes back at least two years.
The former Nickelodeon star was in Eilish's Chihiro music video released in June 2024. Eilish and Wolff were first romantically linked in March 2025 after they left the iHeartRadio Music Awards together.
Their relationship was confirmed in June 2025 when they were photographed kissing on a balcony in Venice, Italy.
They reportedly bonded over shared experiences with Tourette's syndrome.

On Grammy night, Eilish called for collective action amid unrest in the US, after winning the Grammy for Song of the Year.
The singer and her brother, Finneas O'Connell, took to the stage at the awards ceremony in Los Angeles on Sunday (01.02.26), and Billie used the opportunity to call for solidarity and protests.
Billie Eilish - who won the Song of the Year Grammy for Wildflower - told the crowd inside the Crypto.com Arena: 'As grateful as I feel, I honestly don't feel like I need to say anything but that no one is illegal on stolen land.'
Billie - who is one of the world's best-selling artists - added: 'It's just really hard to know what to say and what to do right now, and I just feel really hopeful in this room, and I feel like we just need to keep fighting and speaking up and protesting, and our voices really do matter, and the people matter.'
The singer's speech was bleeped for several moments during the live broadcast. However, Billie could be heard saying: 'And f*** ICE - that's all I'm gonna say. Sorry!'

Billie's statement followed similarly strong comments made earlier in the evening by Kehlani, who urged the music community to 'speak out against what's going on' in America.
The 30-year-old star addressed the recent unrest in the US, after she received the Grammy for Best RnB performance for Folded, her viral hit.
She said on stage: 'What I wanna make sure that I say is that everybody is so powerful in this room … and together, we're stronger in numbers to speak against all the injustice going on in the world right now.
'So instead of letting it be just a couple of you here and there, I hope everybody's inspired to join together as a community of artists and speak out against what's going on.
'I'm gonna leave this and say, f*** ICE.'
