A historic night on Big Brother saw Julie Chen Moonves return to celebrate the 1000th episode of the reality competition.
Following a walk down memory lane showcasing some of the biggest moments in the show’s history, like the showmances, the alliances, the backstabbing, and the competitions.
The public voted for some of their favorite moments from the show’s history, with Dan Gheesling winning the Best Moment for his “funeral” performance. Janelle Pierzina, who has played the game four times, was voted as the Best to Never Win. Janelle was also voted as the Favorite Comp Beast.
Fans voted the Cookout alliance as their favorite, while Rachel Reilly had the favorite phrase: “Floaters, grab your life vests.” Dan Gheesling was voted as their Favorite Winner of all time.
Dee Valladares was the Head of Household (HOH) in Week 7 of the competition and put up Drew Campbell, La Trice Verrett, and Taylor Brown for eviction. In the Veto competition, La Trice was victorious and took herself off the block. Dee had to choose who to replace La Trice and nominated Mallory Aurichio.
As a last resort, the three nominated housemates still had the BB Block Buster competition on eviction night. The winner of this competition takes themselves off the block and is granted another week in the house.
