Bianca Censori has once again pushed the boundaries of good taste by sharing a disturbing fake image of her husband Kanye West's severed head on a tray.
Posting to Instagram on Friday, the controversial Australian architect, 31, shared a series of behind-the-scenes photos from Kanye, 49, and fellow rapper Don Toliver's latest morgue-themed music video for his new track OK.
The bizarre video, which was directed by Bianca and released earlier this month, depicts a headless Kanye lying on an operating table while doctors remove objects from his abdomen.
The pictures posted to Bianca's Instagram on Friday were just as disturbing.
Alongside a close-up photo of Kanye's severed head was another image of a dead-eyed Kanye posing against a wall with a sword in his hand.
The musician was also seen posing next to Don, whose suit was splattered with blood.

Another photo shows a police officer posing while holding Kanye's head on a platter.
Elsewhere, a female nurse wearing alien-inspired prosthetic makeup was seen posing with bubblegum, while several men wearing scrubs and surgical gloves posed with vacant stares.
Fans reactions were varied, with some branding the photos as 'disgusting' and 'traumatising' while others hailed Kanye and Bianca as 'creative geniuses'.
Kanye and Bianca met when he reached out to her on Instagram and hired her to work at his Yeezy brand in November 2020.
They secretly wed in December 2022, just a month after his divorce from Kim Kardashian was finalised.
Bianca has often made headlines for her boundary-pushing, barely-there outfits.
In a Vanity Fair interview published in March, she explained that her ultra-minimalist style is a personal and artistic choice of hers, not solely her husband's.
'I wouldn't be doing something I didn't want to do,' she said, describing the process as more of a 'collaboration' between her and Kanye.
