The hair color is different, but everything else is the same old Bianca -- lots of boobs and lots of leg -- thanks to a silver mini skirt and a top that looks more like a bra than a traditional shirt.

Bianca recently had long, dark hair when we saw her going to an L.A. medspa for Valentine's Day ... but now she's chopped her locks down to a pixie cut and dyed her hair pink.

No word on what inspired Bianca to switch up her hairstyle ... but she was on her way to an art exhibit at the Roosevelt Hotel when photogs snapped her.
