Kanye 'Ye' West's second wife Bianca Censori went completely nude beneath a black sheer catsuit to visit a Calabasas spa on Saturday, where she was spotted leaving with noticeably fuller lips.
Censori, 31, is known for her daring dress-sense, but left absolutely nothing to the imagination in the off-the-shoulder full body stocking.
She was seen entering the Haus of Bae spa and emerging a short while later with a hood covering her face and head. West, 48, waited in the couple's car.
Once back in the vehicle, Censori removed her face covering to reveal a noticeably plumper pout.
The spa employs a registered nurse and esthetician called Kim, who specializes in facial injections such as Botox, Dysport and fillers, though it remains unclear which treatment exactly Censori opted for.
