Bianca Censori has opened up about life with Kanye West, revealing the toll his public meltdowns had on her mental health.
The architect, 31, wed Kanye, 48, in 2022 but she has remained silent in the wake of several scandals that have engulfed him.
Now Bianca has finally broken her silence, addressing the antisemitic remarks he's made, the sexual harassment lawsuit filed against him by his employees and the claims that he has been forcing her to wear revealing outfits.
Questioned about the rapper's manic episodes, Bianca teared up as she said: 'All I can do is always just be there and help.
'This year was a lot like doing CPR for months. I have the love and empathy for him to be able to do that, and I understand that the world doesn't.'
Yet supporting him hasn't been easy, with Bianca admitting that she contemplated leaving Kanye but soon realised those feelings were 'surface level'.

Questioned about the rapper's manic episodes, Bianca teared up as she said: 'All I can do is always just be there and help. This year was a lot like doing CPR for months'
Speaking to Vanity Fair, Bianca insisted that Kanye isn't antisemitic and noted he often developed 'extreme obsessions'.
She added that she had asked him why he was hyper fixating on Jewish people and Nazism but 'she didn't get an answer that made enough sense to remember.'
While the public backlash to Kanye's remarks made global headlines and lost Kanye millions in brand deals, Bianca said that the 'PR cleanup' never occurred to her because she was too busy focusing on Kanye and their relationship.
Kanye was also the subject of scrutiny when former employees sued him with accusations that included abuse, assault, and a hostile work environment
His former personal assistant Lauren Pisciotta, accused the rapper of forcing 'his penis into her mouth' during a business trip, claiming he 'sexually harassed and assaulted' her on multiple occasions. Kanye strongly denies the claims.
America's Next Top Model alum Jenn An also sued Kanye for violating New York's Gender Motivated Violence Act by allegedly jamming his fingers down her throat and choking her until she 'temporarily blacked out.'
She alleged Ye strangled her with both hands, smothered her face with his hands, and rammed several fingers in and out of her throat simulating 'forced oral sex' for a full minute.
Kanye then allegedly screamed: 'This is art. This is f***ing art. I am like Picasso.'
Ye has filed to dismiss the lawsuit, accusing Jenn of attempting to 'punish his creative process and censor his art.'

Vanity Fair noted that Bianca 'seems to both agree with Ye’s alleged sentiment that making great art can be obscene and scarring and that people may feel wronged by that process.'
She is quoted as saying: 'That’s some people’s path. You have to respect that some people, that’s what they need to do.'
Vanity Fair added the architect 'implies that the discomfort with the environment is related to employment status; as in, when these former employees were part of the team, they were fine with how things were done.'
'There’s always emotional charge,' Bianca continued. 'There’s obviously times where somebody’s hurt by not working anymore.'
Bianca has made headlines herself, mainly down to her flesh-flashing ensembles and public nudity, which left many wondering if Kanye was dictating what she wore and how she behaved.
Yet she has insisted this isn't the case, with Bianca admitting she has an 'obvious obsession with nudity'.
On how her outfits come together, she added: 'Me and my husband would work on my outfits together. So it was like a collaboration, it was never "I was being told to do something."'
Bianca also praised her husband for praying for her to enter rehab in Spain, where she worked on her 'emotional dysregulation'.
She explained: 'I needed to work on myself because I had patterns of things that I would do that would not just hurt me but would hurt the people around me.
'I put a lot of pressure on other people being the reason for my happiness or the reason for my unhappiness. I would blame someone else if I wasn't feeling good.'
Bianca, who admitted she would often 'explode' at her loved ones, revealed she was self-medicating with benzodiazepines.

On Monday, Kanye revealed the tipping point that prompted him to seek treatment after years of making antisemitic and problematic statements.
Kanye took out a full-page advertisement in the Wall Street Journal apologizing for his hateful statements and alleging they were made during the throes of his bipolar disorder.
The rapper, legal name Ye, also claimed to have sustained a brain injury during a 2002 car accident, one which went unnoticed and apparently set the stage for his bipolar diagnosis.
In an interview with Vanity Fair, Kanye addressed criticism the letter was a PR move intended to repair his image, insisting he was motivated by 'remorseful feelings' weighing 'heavy on my heart' and 'spirit.'
Kanye revealed he sought help after his wife noticed he was in the throes of a 'deep depressive episode' following a medication change.
He has since received a 'stabilizing course correction' at a rehab based in Switzerland.
'Toward the end of my four-month-long manic episode, my medication was changed. In that shift, the antipsychotic drug took me into a really deep depressive episode.
'My wife recognized that, and we sought out what’s been effective and stabilizing course correction in my regime from a rehab facility in Switzerland. You must understand bipolar is a disease. It’s one of the most lethal nonterminal illnesses.'
Bianca has made headlines herself, mainly down to her flesh-flashing ensembles and public nudity, which left many wondering if Kanye was dictating what she wore and how she behaved
And he admits that his rants were just too much.
'All of it went too far. I look at wreckage of my episode and realize that this isn’t who I am,' he noted.
'As a public figure, so many people follow and listen to my every word. It’s important that they realize and understand what side of history that I want to stand on. And that is one of love and positivity.'
Kanye said his words 'tarnished' friendships, familial relations, and 'deep relationships'.
'Every day that I wake up, it’s a checklist of everything that I said—at least what I can recall—while in a bipolar episode,' he said.
'All of the family bonds, deep relationships, and lifelong friendships that I worked so hard to build over so many years were all tarnished by all of the horrible statements that I made so impulsively.'
Kanye said the illness made him 'detached from my true self' and caused him to be drawn 'toward the most destructive symbol I could find, the swastika'.
The advertisement, which was paid for by Yeezy and authored by Kanye, was headlined 'To Those I Hurt' and described how, after 'hitting rock bottom' several months ago, he decided to seek help at the encouragement of his wife.
Bianca revealed: 'Me and my husband would work on my outfits together. So it was like a collaboration, it was never "I was being told to do something."'
'Twenty-five years ago, I was in a car accident that broke my jaw and caused injury to the right frontal lobe of my brain,' the advertisement begins. 'At the time, the focus was on the visible damage - the fracture, the swelling, the immediate physical trauma. The deeper injury, the one inside my skull, went unnoticed.
'Comprehensive scans were not done, neurological exams were limited, and the possibility of a frontal-lobe injury was never raised. It wasn't properly diagnosed until 2023. That medical oversight caused serious damage to my mental health and led to my bipolar type-1 diagnosis.'
He also said, 'Things got worse the longer I ignored the problem.'
The message was signed off by Kanye and indicated the advertisement had been 'Paid for by Yeezy' along with an email for the CFO of Yeezy.
