Bhad Bhabie holds tight to daughter Kali, two, after revealing cancer setback

Bhad Bhabie is finding comfort in her daughter Kali amid her cancer battle.

On Saturday the 22-year-old rapper took to TikTok to share a brief video showing her spending quality time with her two-year-old baby girl, whom she shares with on-off boyfriend Le Vaughn. 

In the snippet she was on a FaceTime call with her mom, Barbara Bregoli, 58.

Kali was playfully growling while wearing lavender pajamas and a heart-shaped purple sticker on her forehead.

It comes after the Gucci Flip Flops artist took to social media to share a cryptic update on her health.

She wrote on X, 'Bad news from my doctor yesterday. God has the last say so, not my cancer.'

The Ms. Whitman rapper – whose real name is Danielle Bregoli – did not offer further details in the tweet. 

In November 2024 she addressed concerns over her weight loss and explained that it had been caused by 'cancer medicine.' 

At the time, she didn't explicitly say she had cancer, but wrote in her Instagram Stories: 'I'm sorry my cancer medicine made me lose weight. I'm slowly gaining it back. So stop running [with] the worst narratives.'

Her mom later confirmed that her daughter is battling blood cancer in a fiery response to Perez Hilton, who claimed that Bregoli could possibly be 'making it up.'

The influencer has received mixed responses from fans as she's continued to undergo cosmetic procedures despite being sick.

In December 2024 she had a breast augmentation and had silicone injections removed from her buttocks. 

The next month she underwent a nose job and uploaded a photo to Instagram to show bruising on her face following the surgery. 

'So swollen,' she wrote while sharing an image of her black and blue eyes, while adding in another snap, 'Nose jobs are not for the weak!! 

Bregoli defended her nose job as critics questioned how she could have the procedure amid her health battle. 

'I don't know who told y'all you can't get surgery when you have cancer. I was cleared by my doctor. Mind the business that pays you,' she wrote on Instagram. 

She continued, 'Lying about plastic surgery is a problem and clearly so is telling the truth about having it. I choose to b[sic] open with y'all about what I have done and mfs [sic] still make s*** a problem. Y'all are crazy.'

Bregoli – who had yet to reveal the type of cancer she had at the time – also addressed rumors surrounding her diagnosis. 

'Y'all mfs[sic] so worried about me and y'all don't even know what kind of cancer I have! It's not breast cancer. That is a rumor,' she clarified.

And she insisted that she is seeing 'top doctors' and 'had to get approval both times for my surgeries.'
