The pop star, 30, showed off her svelte figure in her strapless black dress just ahead of taking to the stage at the O2 arena for night two of the radio station's annual festive bash.
The My Heart Goes hitmaker stood tall in the floor-length dress and proudly displayed her plunging neckline.
Becky opted for a natural look with her makeup and swept her honeyed locks away from her face.
The outfit allowed her to show off her tummy and when she turned to the side, she revealed a slit that displayed her toned pins.
The former Voice contestant completed the whole look with a pair of high heeled sandals which allowed her to adopt a confident pose.
