Bebe Rexha has recalled a wild, drunken night out that resulted in her 'making out' with a female fan.

The Grammy nominee said she locked lips with the fan in a nightclub in Tokyo, Japan which inevitably inspired her song 'Tokyo'.

Speaking about the steamy encounter, Bebe said it was the day after Halloween, a season she 'loves', and wanted to enjoy a night out to celebrate.

In the club, Bebe was sat beside a mixture of male and females at a table that was located right behind the DJ booth.

She explained: 'There was another table with all these guys and these hot girls, and this one Japanese girl came up, and we were dancing, grinding on each other.

'And then she just starts making out with me.'

She continued to tell Page Six: 'We had the best night ever, so I was like I have to write a song about it.'

Bebe did not stay in touch with the mysterious woman, admitting that 'we all got so wasted' during the night out.

When asked if she would ever date a fan, Bebe replied: 'I don't wanna say no because you never know.'

In her song, Bebe sings the lyrics: 'I kissed a girl in Tokyo'.

The singer previously dated Keyan Safyarion, however, in 2023 she split with the cinematographer after three years together.

She confirmed their breakup whilst performing on stage at the O2 Shepherd's Bus Empire in London.

Fighting back tears, she told concert-goers: 'I just went through a break-up so I might get a little emotional and you need to help me.'

She was then reduced to tears as fans held up signs saying, 'You are enough' during her song I Am.

When asked if she would ever date a fan, Bebe replied: 'I don't wanna say no because you never know'

She joked: 'You really are trying to make a b***h cry.'

She was previously linked architectural engineer Simos Liakos.

In December, Bebe left fans stunned when she urged them to 'find her a baby daddy'.

She shared the hilarious message to her fan base on X, formerly Twitter, saying she was 'on a mission' to find a man 'six or seven' out of 10 for looks who must be richer than her and have a successful career.

Last year it was revealed Bebe had been reportedly dropped by her record label Warner Records after a series of spats.

She previously had a number one hit in 2022 when she joined forces with David Guetta for his track I'm Good (Blue), and has released three albums with Warner since signing to them in 2013.

Sources told The Sun that things have grown increasingly tense between them, with Bebe 'frustrated' about the direction of her career.

A source said: 'Bebe has become really frustrated about her career so when things reached an impasse with Warner and they said it was best to stop working together, she decided not to fight it.'

'She has told friends that she wants a fresh start and didn't feel like she could do it there anyway.'

However, a source close to Bebe at the time said: 'She was not dropped by Warners, they mutually decided to part ways because they have different visions at the moment.'
