Bad Bunny's Ex Gabriela Berlingeri Shows Support After Grammys Wins

Why Bad Bunny Didn't Perform at Grammys 2026

Bad Bunny will always have the love and support of those around him.

After the “DtMF” singer made history at the 2026 Grammys Feb. 1 when DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS became the first all-Spanish language album to win Album of the Year, his ex girlfriend Gabriela Berlingeri shared her excitement over his milestone.

The model reshared a photo from the Grammys’ Instagram declaring Bad Bunny’s win, and quickly followed it up with a photo of several hands bringing their respective drinks in for a toast.

But winning the top award wasn’t his only feat as Bad Bunny (real name Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio) also took home the awards for Best Música Urbana Album and Best Global Music Performance for “EoO.”

Bad Bunny and Gabriela first met in 2017 while he was dining at a restaurant in Puerto Rico with his father and brother. They began dating and working together—with Gabriela even appearing as the bride in his 2022 music video for “Tití Me Preguntó”—before quietly splitting sometime in 2022. Bad Bunny then went on to date Kendall Jenner from 2023 to 2024.

But even after their break up, the two maintained a close bond, with the “Diles” singer, 31, even clarifying their relationship status during a 2022 Instagram Live.

“Gabriela and I are intimate friends, we are best friends,” he said at the time, according to Telemundo. “If she wants to have a boyfriend, she can have one because we are best friends.”

“Same for me,” he added, “if I find a girlfriend I can have one.”

Bad Bunny and Gabriela, 32, also spent much of the COVID-19 lockdown together, with Gabriela providing the photos for Bad Bunny’s May 2020 cover story for Rolling Stone.

“Do people really think I’m spending quarantine alone?” he told the outlet at the time. “No! I am with someone, she is very special in my life. This quarantine has made me understand that she is the best companion I could have.”

“I am happy with her,” he continued. “[People] don’t know she has helped me a lot in emotional aspects when I needed it the most.”
